Mama loved to can jellies, jams, preserves, and etc. just as you do. She did pickled peaches and many fruits and vegetables. Have you ever done pickled peaches? That pineapple pepper jelly looks delicious. I’m going to do that
What kind of stevia sweetener are you using that measures like sugar? I'm guessing the stevia is combined with erythritol, allulose or something similar in order to be able to measure it 1:1 for sugar. Thank you for sharing your recipes in videos. Pineapple pepper jelly sounds wonderful.
In baking and cooking,I use the one with erythritol .. In my tea and liquids, I use the pure Stevia organic powder..I really need to experiment with the pure powder in cooking also . Thank you so much for watching.

Yes and as a matter of fact, our pears are almost ripe and you will see me canning pear pickles.. they are delicious..

Can you use Monk Fruit to sweeten this instead of sugar or stevia and if so, would you use the same amount of it as you did the stevia?
Yes, monk fruit will work great . Same amount.. it is 1 for 1

You still can use it as a sauce and it is still delicious..
This sugar free jelly is a must for you if you go sugar free....it is better than sugar....great for meals and snacks and great on chicken
