- Here is another Swedish traditional dish that is soo delicious! Potato dumplings, kroppkakor in Swedish. With a yummy filling everyone will be amazed by this lovely recipe! Give it a try and let me know in the comments what you think.
Kroppkakor(potato dumplings):
600 g mealy potatoes
3 egg yolks
2 dl(200 ml) wheat flour
1 tsp salt
Filling:
300 g bacon
1 onion
1 tsp ground allspice
In Sweden we traditionally serve them with sweetened lingonberries and clarified butter.
