I think even really seasoned singers/performers would be apprehensive to sing a whistle note live like this and sieun did it so casually like it was nothing, what a queen. Seeun was *phenomenal* here and I have to say, Isa’s voice is my favorite

It's impressive because: Most artists tend to lower the key of their voice when signing live (and not only the high notes but the whole song in general) because they cannot carry those high notes for long time, and most K-pop groups avoid ad libs in general, Sieun's whistle note was not completely on key because I'm sure they made it even higher on post production. The only other artist that I've seen to make a whistle tone really close (if not exact) to the original was EXO's Xiumin on a CBX Concert

Seeun is the most underrated vocalist in this group. she's actually pretty good??? Like, I think she mainly she lacks confidence, but it's growing each comeback. esp her vocal projection.
If I’m not wrong, that’s actually not a whistle note, but a super head voice note, which in my opinion is even harder than a whistle note in some sense, so Sieun really did a very good job! It’s notoriously hard to control the voice when using the super head voice

It's disconnected, and depends on the quality of the sound(shrillness, tone etc). No one in kpop can control whistles. It's not necessary in singing. But it is way harder than high head voice.
