Have you experienced any of the Riu resorts? If so, which one and what are your thoughts?
We just got back from the one next door - Riu Costa Mujeres (so funny the rooms are basically the same as Dunamar just with different colors lol). Overall, we loved it (made a killer video out of trip too - just uploaded) and even popped over Dunamar a couple times for the night life!
@@starta Which nightlife theme did you catch? We caught the Neon Party. It was awesome! I wonder how the All White party went. Has anyone experienced the All White party?
@@eventyoursofspirits We caught the Neon party as well - tried the disco/club a couple times too, but the vibes weren't vibing for us haha!

What date you was there ? ofter raining ?
We were there from 3/16-3/22 (Thursday-Wed). It wasn’t raining the first day. That was the staff pressure washing the walkways and pool areas. However, it did rain like crazy that Sunday early afternoon and on and off most of the rest of the day.
I've heard it is really deserted outside the resort. Did you ever feel bored wishing there was a Walmart, coffee shops, etc to walk to?
It is a fairly new property. I think it’s less than two years old. Even the trees weren’t fully grown, but I know it will be beautiful later. Since my husband and I go to Cancun often, we really didn’t look forward to leaving off of the resort property. We did notice. It was almost a 3 mile drive just from the main road so even if there was a store on the main road, we wouldn’t of been walking.😂 but I do like staying on the other side of Cancun where you have the bus and the stores and the restaurants and the clubs and other activities to get to.
Yeah it's not close to anything haha, but there's so much at the twin resorts. And you get a much more serene vibe there (we actually felt so relaxed - I think it shows in our video lol). Would DEF recommend

Breakfast in the restaurants began at 630a-11a.

I keep reading the food is low grade dog food. Buffet is same crap everyday and no good options by the pools. No reservations for restaurants long lines for low quality food.
Agree.nice resort, but food was horrible
