She is very confident in how she answers the questions in the Senate hearing, despite the memory gaps and inconsistencies. She never seems to be worried. She sometimes even smiles at the questions thrown at her and consistently repeats the lies as obviously rehearsed.

If the proponent says that the deponent is lying then the proponent knows what is the truth so there is no hindrance for the Senator's investigation to aid him in his legislative proposal.

There is more noble decisions to be made for the betterment of the Philippines judicial system . Initially this should have been handled at border security with competent vetting.
