Hey Unc, please make sure all of those folks in that studio know exactly how much we appreciate every single one of them!! Thank you so much for this!!!
Thanks to everyone in that studio for allowing us a peak inside and to Larry for again facilitating it. We really, really appreciate the kindness!!! Thank you all! ❤💯
Thank you to Little Tommy and all of the stellar musicians for allowing us into their world. The sounds are magical!! Watching the process unfold in real time is great!!
If I could be reborn as an api or neve preamp and live my life screwed into a rack across from a console in a recording studio I think I'd be happy existing each day with the challenges and rewards of records being made around me all the time. The reputation of jaded session players and engineers really betrays how much hope there is in the room when you're making a record. It's like delivering babys.
Can't tell you what a nice little lift these are during my day. As soon as my browser 'dings' that Uncle Larry's posted a new video - I gotta shut it all down and get the headphones on and go to class. Thanks Buk!!
The second I heard that, it just did something to me. Just love that. And getting to hear and see it recorded is all that more special. I would buy that record. Please tell us who it is when you can, and thanks to you and everyone for letting us have a peak!
Another great example of, "Less is More", when it comes to solos... Beautiful clean, simple playing... Each note, serves to song... the dual-voiced electric & acoustic 12-string (plus the octave 2nd passes) Enchance the Song! Looking forward to hearing the Released Version. TB, you knocked it out of the park again! (Sorry, Mr 335 is Uncle Larry)
Song is The Table by Lauren Watkins. Thanks for this clip Uncle Larry! My buddy turned me on to your channel about a year ago and I've been digging it ever since. Cheers!
Always hits me just how much you are such a legend Tom. Couldnt have happened to a better guy. You always look so relaxed among such great musicians yet you are always humble and always smiling. Im sure everyone agrees its so good to see how you bring your love and gratitude for music to always be brightening up all you work with. Such a truly beautiful thing to see. Uncle Larry for President..😎😎😎💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫
Bryan's the man. His artistworks page is worth people's time if you're into bluegrass. And he has a gift for teaching too. Any other acoustic session cats that I should be checking out? Todd and Ilya are on my radar. Thanks Tom!
I feel so privileged to be seeing this come together! Thank you (again) for bringing us into the studio, and letting us meet the players, and watch the magic happen! ❤
This was really fun thanks for this look behind the scenes. Some of us dream about it and this probably will be as close as we'll get to it. So thanks a lot. Dave was thinking about lunch. Haha

Love the way the dude on the 12 string uses his cocked left foot as a stool for his right foot! I’d be careful doing that a lot, though…
