    And the 4.5 second is just a safe number you can do in any given day, yesterday on winter tire in Norway, cold and wet road, with 4 adult in the car it clocked in on 4.3 seconds. And i am sure it would be faster on sumer tires warm and dry road.
    So the 4.5 sec are just a safe number that it can do any day on any roads as long as it is snow or ice on the road.
    Beside that, the 4x4 is working great, last saturday it was 5 cm of snow on the roads where i live, and i found the small roads with big uphills streets. It just nailed it, was amazing in Snow mode. :)

    I could see the Sealion 7 while waiting for my BYD Dolphin (SIM card change, firmware update with Gbox) and it looks amazing. The Seal is already a huge step up from the Dolphin and Atto 3 but the Sealion 7 make a leap forward even more. I very like this car and the prices in Thailand are extremely compelling. The Sealion 7 Premium cost now the same as an Atto 3 two years ago. I need a bigger car than the Dolphin, but the Sealion 7 is quite large...

    Depends on the price point. If they can't be competitive with the MY it will be difficult.

      @ doesn’t the car have to be registered before the 1st April to avoid the charge? Can you do that if the car isn’t available?

    The car has a LFP battery, that would say that it can be charged to 100% all the time with out the problem that most teslas have higher up the standar range model 3 and y, most of those after 2021 also have LFP battery, and the long range and performance tesla have the batterys that should stop charge at 80% to 90% top, and only 100% right before a longer trip.
    I have been driving the Sealion 7 for a few days in Norway now on borrow, and i get my own new car in end of januar in indigo grey with black inside.
    Before this i have been driving Bmw x5 for many years, and i just love the drive with the sealion, it just feels like a premium car, and all the writing from many of the reviuw people about soft springs and wobling when turning right and left in some speed i have feel nothing off. It feels tight and nice and nothing behind my X5 msport so fare.
    But most important are that you can charge LFP battery in the car to 100% all the time, and against a tesla model y long range on about 80% the Sealion who draws a more power when driving will still match og even go a litle longer than a model y on 80% charge in daily use.

      Charging to 80% in a Tesla is only recommended as it takes a lot longer to charge the last 20% remember it has 8 years warranty anyway , glad you like the SEALION
