    okay low key Adam is saving my entire life, like this video addresses ALL my chronic pain however when I did that psoas release it felt like u were trying to kill me : ) lol

    Armpit area is key. I have so many trigger points there i wasnt even aware until i started using a sports gun massager. Ouch ouch. But i dont feel it at all day to day.

    Sensei, can you tell me why foamrolling my upper lats area suddenly flares my TOS ?
    Whole are is in fire.
    What does it compress

      Maybe it’s a trigger point recreating your tos pain? The lats can recreate it if they are tight.

    The psoas on the left side always scares me cause that artery is so close that I always feel a pulse when I massage there. Any tips on that?

      You're probably a little too far in the center. Its more lateral then you think, esp when you're low in the abs.

      @@TrainandMassage Im sure Jenny DD has a great BF , but the ability to share massage therapy in a respectful , humble , calm and honest way can be transformative . Communication is imperative . Giving massage is a duty and gift . Namaste .
