Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I have a Mega 1 & 2. Like anything electronic I buy I always put them to work right away to insure I don't have a bad apple out of the box. I've run both of them for a day running two refrigerators, cycling a toaster, air frier, charging a tablet, etc. and both have worked flawlessly. Hopefully Customer service will take care of the issues to your satisfaction.
@@pmh1nic I like the mega 1 but don’t like that you truly never know when 0% is really there & about to shut down. Other than that they run great. Far as my mega 5 it is very dependable & runs flawlessly. There’s always a few bad eggs.
I bought two Mega 1 units right away after I ordered them directly from the company with free shipping. Shortly after I received the two, I charged them to 100% charge. During my initial setup using the wi-fi/Bluetooth things went south with the first one. It would not configure and allow the unit to connect with my network. Bluetooth to my cell worked fine. The second unit went squirrely after one discharge cycle and finally failed to turn on and it is dead. I ordered a third to use the shipping box as I will be returning those two for bad ones for NEW working ones one at a time... GOOD LUCK WITH YOURS!!
i dealt with Vania in customer service.. she was a gem! i even had a 1D10T error... e022 my niece ran it down.. and it wouldnt wake up.. with ac or solar or anything.. tried for about 2 hrs... THEN all i did was let it sit 15 mins..with everything disconnected. then attach the AC and solar and it finally woke up.

I’m taking the results from the returned mega-1, & the new mega-1 & also a third mega-1 I purchased. So out of (3) mega-1’s we can see what we can expect out of this unit.

@@OUPESOfficial I have saved my results of the bad unit. I have now received the new replacement & I am testing it now. Plus I bought another Mega-1 & I am also testing it. So I am definitely going to have some real, true results out of (3) Mega-1 units. And I do like OUPES very much even though I never get sent a unit to show & advertise for my channel. But I am always going to show & tell truthful results & my opinion.
This is perfect example of why I never buy a new product when they first come out - because there will issues. All the power station company's have borderline horrible Quality Control. I had two oupes units fail within 6 months of owing in 2024 - a Mega3 & 1800 model - I dealt with Joyce both times on amazon and ebay. They sent me new units- customer service was great. I also had defective units in 2024 by these companies as well - Allpowers R1500 - triped my house breaker charging at 300w. PECRON E1500LFP - loud fans & would shut off at 30%.
Joyce may have been having a bad day . . . . depends on time of the month . . . . The BMS in most power stations has to 'learn' it's job by being charged to 100% and then run down to 10% (or less) . . . & then they start showing the proper display. ALSO the BMS can shut down a unit completely / dead if the voltage of the battery goes below 10.5 volts approx. An out-of-the-box new 100 AH 12 volt battery was dead. They refunded the purchase price under warranty & said don't return, just keep the 'dead' one. Okay, . . . . later, with nothing to do, I opened the 'dead' battery (with difficulty) and found it's cells to be low on charge. I hooked up my 1974 Sears 12 volt battery charger to it and in about 5 minutes it was 'ALIVE' ! ! ! Just like Frankenstein in the movie ! It is still in use now with it's sister (that did work on arrival) in an off-grid 2K system. ALSO a Yeti 1000 unit went non-op on me & I found the same situation ! My trusty 1974 Sears 12 volt battery charger brought it back & it is now currently running my fridgehfrator faithfully. Also have a 200 AH battery that will reliably go 'dead' if it gets run down to 10.5 volts and, you guessed it . . . . . . . The Sears 1974 battery charger wakes it back up ! Don't run your batteries down that low! take care, rh
Can I connect another mega 1 to the expansion port instead of the battery expansion? That way I can get 4000w’s! Another mega 1 unit is less expensive than the battery expansion!….lol Thanks in advance for your reply.
I had trouble with Exodus 600 I bought. Output wattage reads really low. I also talked with “Joyce” (who I believe is in China) and did everything they could to not take the unit back. Finally settled for 50% refund. Funny thing, I had an issue with an Ecoflow unit, and also talked to “Joyce”- I think that is a universal American sounding name they just use…..
I agree, Joyce is a regular name they all use. I have recieved my replacment & I will be testing it out. Will be following up with a final review on the MEGA-1. Good or Bad?

It should work fine. If anything, it will run down to 0% & still run for a while. But its actually a very good unit.

Are you sure that Joyce actually works for Oupes? Could be a marketing company in the middle. Just a thought...
