- I couldn't pass up a $10 bushel of peaches at our local Mennonite Bulk Food Store so I decided to use some of them to make a delicious peach pie filling to can and put in the pantry. This is a tested and easy recipe that always gives me great results. If you have a bounty of peaches, I hope you give this recipe a try, you won't regret it!

This is hard work! Gotta have a strong arm to stir through the whole process!
Definitely...It gets thick, but it is well worth it!! 😊Thanks for commenting!
Do you know here I can find a safe canning recipe for strawberry pie filling? I have a bunch frozen but not sure where to find a recipe or if I could substitute strawberries in a blueberries or peach pie filling recipe. Any suggestions? 😊
Yes, I haven’t tried this recipe but I checked my resources for tested safe recipe and found one on Healthycanning.com. This site shares tested recipes from Ball, Bernardin, University Extension Sites, and the National Center for Home Food Preservation…all great resources for safe canning. It looks like the recipe is for a single quart so you will just multiply all the ingredients by 7 to get a canner full. I don’t know if I can put the link in these comments but I will try. Thanks so much for supporting my channel!😊. www.healthycanning.com/strawberry-pie-filling
Have you thought about entering some of your canned good in your county fair? I think you would win some ribbons.
Awww...Thanks! I haven't ever entered any into our county fair. I prefer to just eat them.😋😂. I appreciate all of your support!😊
Beautiful pie filling after much patience.
Thank you! It did take some stirring!😆 Thanks for watching!
