Here’s a tip to use about half a cup in a jar of your mixture and add some unbleached all purpose flour to make a thickness of pancake batter and leave it on the counter for about 6 days stirring it a little everyday and boom you have a sourdough starter and you can make bread and rolls 😊

Buttermilk were I live is 6 but half a gallon so I haven't been able to afford it so I appreciate you letting be know how to make it

You just keep it in the fridge. It keeps for a long time. But, you want to use it.
