if you dont like tofu or never tried tofu try this dish! crispy on the outside soft on the inside and garlicy salty seasoning. its a really good side dish with rice. if you deep fry it instead of pan fry its almost like fried chicken

Very nice dish Ling. When I last made tofu, I added sweet and sour sauce. It was very good. I'm getting very creative. Made a beef yu choy with mushrooms last week. My next one will be on Saturday, but dish not determined yet but it will be good.
Don't get me wrong tofu is good but I stopped eating it. Now however if I ever decide to eat it again there are several recipes you have on your channel that myself and everyone can try. Thank you and keep up the great work 👍🏻
