How much did your conversion cost per square foot in the Essex area?

U bought it for way too much, and never sell u should of just rented them out , ofc it was up to u but ye

I would have liked to have kept them all but with interest rates at 6% at the time of completion it didn’t make sense. Can generate a much better yield in other deals with the equity earned. 👍🏻
