After he got arrested by the Soviet Army for 3 years he walked back to Germany homeless. In Lower Saxony he met my grandmother how gave him food and clothes. WW2 German were different than Prussia, they use the humiliation of WW1 and the proud military traditions of Prussia to justify their actions, but Prussia military traditions doesn't involve the things that WW2 Germany did
