If it's not broken why fix it? Also, why would it be considered "extreme right"? If that be the case then all these principles you claim are extreme were applied at the beginning of this nations existence. So... People like Thomas Jefferson are extreme right? Abraham Lincoln? George Washington? John Q Adams? Andrew Jackson? (Most of them.were Democratic-Republican) I mean Thomas Jefferson (arguably the greatest president to ever live) was a Democrat! The fact is, you should have the right to be free from Government influences. Education, religion, food, media and so on are great examples of how you are being manipulated. I choose to disagree with it but I will not force my belief on others. After watching this video I’m going to continue researching this party and likely side with them
The perverts have brainwashed you well. They pervert the Bible to their liking - taking passages out of context. Jesus said to "judge righteous judgment." _John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but _*_judge righteous judgment._*
@@libertypastor1307Ok for starters don’t start a discussion with an insult and secondly I was referring to a verse and nothing else therefore my opinion is not based on what people have told me but purely what I’ve read in the Holy Bible “You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things.” Romans 2:1
I agree a lot with them, but my problem with them is I got the feeling they are theocratic. I do believe our country was based on the long history Roman, Grecian, and English law, ideas from the Enlightenment, and the Protestant work ethic. However, the explicit use of religion to define laws is antithetical to the founding ideas. If a certain representative wants to vote on an idea because of their faith, then that's one thing, but to cite scripture as an authority for law inevitably leads towards tyranny. I'm no atheist, but I also believe in the first amendment which guarantees the freedom of religion, even those who practice atheism (controversial, but consider the militant athesists). So I can't support them. That and they've run some candidates that make Libertarian nominees look normal.
thanks. im a libertarian who heard about them but didnt know anything about them Edit: I agree with some things. I don’t agree with the opinions on abortion, euthanasia, suicide, marriage, & immigration. The religious part is probably the big kicker for me. The church and the state should be kept as far away as possible.
I get where you're coming from. I know most people don't agree with the Bible, but from a biblical perspective, God created 3 institutions: the family, the church, and the state. Biblically speaking, they are to be separate, as each has its own roles and responsibilities within its respective God-ordained jurisdiction. All 3 are responsible to God and not to one another, so while there is a separation of church and state, the king is still told to "Serve the the LORD with fear..." and "kiss the Son" (Psalms 2 11-12). Again, I know everyone won't agree with this, but I hope it at least made since. Respectfully.
The politicians in both of the main parties are wealthy individuals who would benefit more from the constitution party’s policies, which have been pushed more secretively by both the Republican and democratic parties despite them making campaign promises to not push those policies so much. They can’t say too much about those policies outright because they want to retain support from most of the American people.
3:33 ..they forgot one thing , ..don’t know what exactly they think, but should have been included. was civil rights regardless of race. they say consistent with the Bible, well the Bible teaches, there is only one race. (Acts 17:25) ..and in the sight of God there is no difference in who u are, There is neither “Jew nor Greek” (..and MLK jr was a preacher who once said, “ I long for the day when there is neither white power, or black power, but God power “ (power meaning authority)
Third parties have almost zero chance of getting elected. The reason is how we vote. Only vote for one introduces the spoiler effect. The spoiler effect ensures that if you vote 3rd party your vote will work against the major party you're mostly aligned with and ensure the election of the major party you are least favorable to. For third parties to get elected we must be allowed to vote yes or no for every candidate on the ballot. This will allow you to vote both 3rd party and the major party you are in most alignment with. Until we can do this third parties will remain hobby parties and no threat to the two major ones.
I like how they call themselves the Constitution Party when they say "we should base government ideals around the bible" when that violates part of the 1st amendment which states something along the lines of "government should not support nor discriminate against any religious institution". It's like they just skimmed over the constitution and chose to support some amendments and ignore others.
The Bible is not a religious institution. Most western "religions" claim it as the basis of their beliefs, they just don't follow it in various ways. Therefore, wanting to follow its precepts is not a violation of the 1st Amendment.
FYI, the Bible is NOT a religion. There are hundreds of religions that claim to base their beliefs on it, but they vary and fight against each other. Even the Koran exalts the Bible and tells Muslims to respect "the people of the Book," meaning the Bible. Furthermore, read the 1st amendment before spouting off about what it says or doesn't say. You clearly have no understanding of it and are instead repeating talking points of liberals who hate the Bible and the biblical foundation upon which our nation was founded.
"Far Right, Far Left, Right Wing, Left Wing," These are all misnomers. You cannot logically assign those terms to US Political parties. The orginin of those names came from the French Assembly just before the French Revolution and was specific for that time period and that group. It is innacurate to assign them to US Poltiical party and does mislead people by using those terms.
If It's written into the Constitution that there be a separation of church and state, how/why does the "Constitution Party" derive its ideals from a religious text? I feel like Thomas Jefferson would disapprove
No where is it written in the constitution calling for a separation of church and state. It is not written in the declaration of independence, the articles of confederation, the constitution, or the Bill of Rights.
They say Income Tax is unconstitutional despite the 16th Amendment of the constitution literally saying the government can tax income. UUUUUUH yeah, no I think I will stick with the republican party thank you very much.
@@chrisstiegman4070 The way it was worded in the video made it sound like they didn't acknowledge the 16th amendment. I mean if it has to do with not agreeing with it then thats a completely different argument. Don't say its unconstitutional when it totally is by definition. Instead you should say it ought to be unconstitutional. Now that being said I know how it was ratified I know my history. But when you say unconstitutional I think it contradicts the constitution which is the highest law of the land. A law can contradict itself but the latest law over rules the older law the constitution can also contradict itself via amendments. In which case the latest amendment over rules the contradicted rule. Example the 18th and 21st amendments. But the law can not contradict the constitution because the constitution superscedes laws under it. So you can't make laws that limit free speech because of the first amendment. Federal Laws superscedes state laws meaning that the states law can not save you from federal law. However, a state law can in some capacity contradict federal law. (I have forgotten why thats possible so i will have to brush up on how governments work.) Thats how its possible for a federal law saying weed is illigal but a state could say it is legal. (Its a complicated thing) Anyway I do have disagreements with your statements on how it was made by "spoiled authoritarians" but that being said I am not in disagreement that income tax is not right. I personally don't care as long as the government doesn't squander my money like they already do. Really I would be willing to let them tax my oncome if they would pass an amendment that forces the governement to have a balanced budget. And really you don't even need that, Texas doesn't have a state income tax yet it pays out more to the federal government than it takes from it and it has a balanced budget required by the state constitution. ALL THE WHILE HAVING TO MAKE A NEW BUDGET EVERY 2 YEARS INSTEAD OF 1!!! This is because our legislatures only has one congressional session every 2 years. It only meets for more sessions in emergancies. Those sessions are called special sessions and they are hyper focused on issues at hand such as Covid laws. BTW to my knowledge they haven't met for any covid laws everything has been by state order. Anyway, I don't like income taxes because of how our government has wasted money on nothing. I would allow it to continue if they passed a balanced budget amendment.
@@chrisstiegman4070 Did I not say in the video? Honestly, don't really care enough about this party to find out how accurate the video was. I didn't say in my response to your comment that the CP was saying it is unconstitutonal but I can see where you might have thought I was. So let me clear this up. The person who made this video should have been more accurate on their views by saying they believe income tax ought to be unconstitutional, instead of saying they believe it is. @@jeborismonke3270 I mean I do see myself as more conservative libertarian but I only really vote Republican because I do not like the Democratic party. (mostly for hypocrisy and corruption and the way they want to seize control of the everyday American in the guise of minority freedom)
I stand with The Constitution Party. On November 6th 2024 I will be casting my vote for Don Blankenship. I also plan to donate approximately $10,000 to the party. We will get out the vote. As the Republican Party falls apart, the Constitution Party will be ready to take up the mantle.
The 1990 budget passed by the Democratic house raised taxes in an effort to cut the imploding deficits. Bush went along with it, breaking his campaign pledge. It caused a fracture within the party leading up to ‘92. Pat Buchanan challenged him for the nomination and Clinton and Perot used it as leverage against him.
The constitution party does have many very similar views to the Republican parties. Most Republican politicians are rich people who would benefit from the policies the constitution party would push. Many of those policies are actually around today to a large extent, such as low taxes (usually for the rich), low minimum wage, less government control of the economy (which means less services to be provided by a mostly non profit-motive driven government that would help lower and middle class people more than profit-motive driven corporations would), and strict immigration policy. If the U.S. had a proportional representation system, around 20% of current republican politicians would likely instead be part of the constitution party. The constitution party’s ideology is more or less dominant today, in this case it’s in the form of neoliberalism, which both Republican and Democratic Party politicians are in support of.
I'm just pulling straight from their platform at constitutionparty.com. They say "Pillar Three - PROSPERITY - We want to create the greatest economy for the U.S. that the world has ever seen. We will do so by restoring True Capitalist (vice Crony Capitalist) principles to our economic policies." So maybe you need to contact them and tell them to correct their platform..?

zjh908 thank you for suggesting these!
There are all sorts of minor political parties in the US, some of which used to relevant but maybe aren't so much anymore. The Prohibition Party is still a thing for example.
Have i just found the best party?!!!
yes! :)
Me at 19: im a Constitutionalist
My parents: whats a Constitutionalist?
But he is focusing alot on the religious aspect and i dont agree with all that. For example im pro choice and think the government should let any 2 consenting adults get married
Damn, the Constitution party ideology is pretty much alligned with mine. Interesting! 😮
Is long over due !!! We as Americans and America need to abolish Republicans and Democrats because we have only to party Systems !! No more !! We need as Americans and America Green Party and Libertarian Party and construction Party !! In the Systems !! Now !! Enough is enough !!
Basically, multiple parties.
Terrific video as always. Do Constitution party candidates ever run for Governor, the House or Senate?
I know currently, none are elected in those positions, but as of July 2020, there are 26 members who have been elected to city council seats and other municipal offices. Not sure how many are running this year.
"AS ALWAYS" really?
bindlex_ dnb he is just stating that he enjoys the videos. Nice of him to say that, although there’s lots of room for improvement.
Yes, some states to have Constitution Party Candidates currently running for Governor i.e. Al Pisano in NC.
i think they call themselves republicans
I just did a quiz and it said I was Constitution Party. Is that a good thing?
Yes.
Makes a lot of good sense to me- 🇺🇸
This part I support
They do have some good points but a while back I decided to join the American solidarity party. They were originally called the Christian Democratic party. I think this party is a better choice. God bless everyone reading this and remember that Jesus loves you very much.
Awesome video thank you.
So they're the middle point between conservative and libertarian?
Kind of. I would say they have the libertarian party’s economic beliefs and a more extreme version of the Republican party’s social/cultural beliefs. They’re further right-wing than both the Republican and libertarian parties.
I like what I'm hearing so far. Only thing is, when are they actually gonna grow a pair because, honestly, who the Hell's even heard of them? Next to noone, and it's largely their own fault for not reaching out to make their presence known to younger generations.
It's kind of hard to grow without the popular funding
What a memorable election that was
I believe that my views align the best with this party. However, I think taxes should only be limited to the importation of goods at state and federal level. We do not need but a handful of our current government employees.
Usa main 5 parties
Green < Democratic < Libertarian < Republican < Constitution
I consider myself both a Constitutionalist and a libertarian, so I’m a little torn as to which party represents me more. I don’t think people always need to belong to political parties, though.
I am registered as a libertarian but I am a constitutionalist. I don't agree with some of the state level policies of the constitutionalist party though I oppose force legalization or criminalization at a federal level as I believe in Federalism and oppose the Leviathan.
I really like it except for one thing. I strongly support flat rate tax!!!
Sounds mostly libertarian with some republican policies
Just as quintin said, this is an extreme right Republican Party that hasn’t changed anything since the constitution 😂
Though we stand on Biblical principles, we do not disagree with a person's right to practice as they wish. I think when you people hear "Bible" you automatically assume we are like Rome or Britain! 😆
What's extreme about any of this?
@@MrNobody-fk7fc - you sound a little racist right now 😏
Sidney only extremists at this point doing the looting, mass brainwashing, disinformation on social media, are the corrupt hollywood democrats.
@@rd2071 Correct, however, isn't it funny that anything aimed at government corruption is considered a conspiracy or extreme? Yet they will go to the ends of the earth to paint these rioters as peaceful! I mean, if things weren't so obvious right?
My goodness after watching your videos on Libertarians, Greens, and Constitution parties i realize they suck! Now don't get me wrong I don't necessarily hate them. As I hate Democrats and Republicans. But they only have certain views i honestly like from each party. But it's those horrible ones that make me instantly refuse to even want to associate with them. Thank you good sir you help me understand more on who I am voting for and have to consider it more as our country is so heavily political.
Glad the videos were helpful for you!
I agree with everything in this video and I AM a Florida constitutional party member. I left the Republican Party after 25 years as a member because of the RINOs and all the corruption.
Thanks for the videos. They are helpful and direct.
Glad you like them!
Sounds good to me.
Can you do difference between democratic and green party views?
Greens care more about the enviorment, pursue a more pacfist foreighn policy and are more ecomocially progressive
Finally found the best party⚜

Your video is awesome.
Thank you! I appreciate the support!
#AmericanConstitutionalistParty
Pretty accurate!
The English have just launched its own Constitution party.
The magna carta and the bill of rights 1688 😁👍
It will never get anywhere...
I’m English and I’m afraid politics here are to entrenched with the two parties Tory and Labour. Because of FPTP it’s hard for any party to get anywhere near government..
The SNP are the only real challengers in politics here... & that’s only in Scotland. Local government is the only real hope for new/small parties.

Yes! Glad they have the Bible
1:23 well alriiight 👍
Didn't know them
This would be my Utopia.
Interesting.. wonder if you have a video on differences in libertarian and constitutional party
I have found my people. I agree with almost everything the Constitution Party stands for. The only disagreement I have is that God says to not judge others as we are all sinners therefore judging the LGBT lifestyle is not for us to do. I choose to disagree with it but I will not force my belief on others.
After watching this video I’m going to continue researching this party and likely side with them
The perverts have brainwashed you well. They pervert the Bible to their liking - taking passages out of context.
Jesus said to "judge righteous judgment."
_John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but _*_judge righteous judgment._*
@@libertypastor1307Ok for starters don’t start a discussion with an insult and secondly I was referring to a verse and nothing else therefore my opinion is not based on what people have told me but purely what I’ve read in the Holy Bible
“You, therefore, have no
excuse, you who pass
judgment on someone else,
for at whatever point you
judge another, you are
condemning yourself,
because you who pass
judgment do the
same things.”
Romans 2:1

Good vid. This party sounds like its trying to set the foundations of a future theocracy.
Bravo great job. I learned something today new fan
Glad it was helpful!
Good video, you should do one on the green party.
I actually have one on the Green Party already. Go check it out!
@@IllustratetoEducate thanks for telling me!
Trump should run for leader of this Party.
That and they've run some candidates that make Libertarian nominees look normal.
thanks. im a libertarian who heard about them but didnt know anything about them
Edit: I agree with some things. I don’t agree with the opinions on abortion, euthanasia, suicide, marriage, & immigration. The religious part is probably the big kicker for me. The church and the state should be kept as far away as possible.
....so....you agree with Euthanasia and...**Suicide**. Wtaf
Our founding fathers wanted the church and state to be separate in order to protect the church from the state. (Not the state from the church)
@@mjo0311 both are important. Religion should not be influenced by government and government should not be influenced by religion
@@JdDiehl if it’s consensual, then yes
I get where you're coming from. I know most people don't agree with the Bible, but from a biblical perspective, God created 3 institutions: the family, the church, and the state. Biblically speaking, they are to be separate, as each has its own roles and responsibilities within its respective God-ordained jurisdiction. All 3 are responsible to God and not to one another, so while there is a separation of church and state, the king is still told to "Serve the the LORD with fear..." and "kiss the Son" (Psalms 2 11-12). Again, I know everyone won't agree with this, but I hope it at least made since.
Respectfully.
I thought this WAS the Republican Parties view.. guess not. so... what is the Republican Party then?
Have you seen the Republican Vs Democrat videos?
A corrupt joke, just like their bed fellow Dems.
CaptainWilliam interesting theory! 👍🏼
Me !
Support basically all positions except the abolishment of some of those government groups. Some outside mediation should exist.
3:33 ..they forgot one thing , ..don’t know what exactly they think, but should have been included. was civil rights regardless of race. they say consistent with the Bible, well the Bible teaches, there is only one race. (Acts 17:25) ..and in the sight of God there is no difference in who u are, There is neither
“Jew nor Greek”
(..and MLK jr was a preacher who once said, “ I long for the day when there is neither white power, or black power, but God power “ (power meaning authority)
...well this would just make too much sense to adopt it 😄🤦🏻♂️
Sounds like the libertarian party but with actual moral standards
actual moral standards? you mean just christianity?
You don't know Thomas Jefferson very well.
No where is it written in the constitution calling for a separation of church and state. It is not written in the declaration of independence, the articles of confederation, the constitution, or the Bill of Rights.
How do they feel about the legalization of drugs and/or prostitution?
I am kind of with this party. The GOP basically killed itself today
How do they feel about climate change?
(Its a complicated thing)
Anyway I do have disagreements with your statements on how it was made by "spoiled authoritarians" but that being said I am not in disagreement that income tax is not right.
Thats because the CP isn't even relevant enough to be on the ballot.
Ok thats good they Acknowledge the 16th amendment. They don't like it, I can see why.... I didn't say in my response to your comment that the CP was saying it is unconstitutonal but I can see where you might have thought I was. So let me clear this up.
The person who made this video should have been more accurate on their views by saying they believe income tax ought to be unconstitutional, instead of saying they believe it is.
Now if you will excuse me I am going to go back to not caring about the CP until they actually make some headlines.

How was George H. W. Bush's Promise of "No New Taxes" Violated? Is there a Doc. Video I can watch about that?
The 1990 budget passed by the Democratic house raised taxes in an effort to cut the imploding deficits. Bush went along with it, breaking his campaign pledge. It caused a fracture within the party leading up to ‘92. Pat Buchanan challenged him for the nomination and Clinton and Perot used it as leverage against him.
The Constitution Party is based in ideology.
Yes.....as with all parties. Some just have more power and money to force their ideologies on Americans (i.e., the 2 party system!)
