Haha that's true, and actually this one is on my to do list too, but it's a very detailed one, so I'll have to pick the right moment to make it as it will take me more time than usual to make it. But I'll do it eventually.
Hey bud, I'm all the way to 7:50! Woohoo! This is totally much easier than the big ship. Whew!
I have watched to 10:53 and I'll do that part when I get back to it later or tomorrow. I think 11:34 is gonna be hard, so I'll do the next part later. It's so much better now! I had a total mess doing the big ship lol.
Cool! But if I remember well you weren't following the measurements with the Millennium Falcon, did you? I think you told me that you were printing the reference drawings which are just references... not patterns... so it couldn't be woking :)

Hi, great diy, I am so impressed by how its seems easy watching your video but doing it myself turned out to be a real challenge. I bought your template started cutting all the pieces but I think there are numbering miss mach on the number of some of the early stages in templates compared to the video, any how it would be appreciated if you tell me if there is a miss mach or its my mistake understanding the numberings, many thanks and god speed
Hey Ali Glad to hear that you are making it! But I'm pretty sure there is no miss match on the templates. But of course with that type of build you have to adapt your own pieces to your own build from time to time! Because you're probably not using the exact same cardboard as me and your cutout are probably slightly different too. And these 2 aspects are enough to create little problems unfortunately. So try as much as possible to stick to the templates and tutorial's instruction but when you have a piece that doesn't fit properly, don't hesitate to make it fit... It's totally normal. But the more you stick to the templates the less you'll have to do that. I hope that helps a bit! Don't hesitate to ask me again if you have further questions!

Ever consider making the starship Enterprise?I made a fairly good one when I was in my teens.my father got pissed off because I used his tools to make it.like to see even a star trek phaser rifle or tricorder.just a thought.
Actually yes I've been thinking about it for a while! The problem is the amount of details to make! lol It's huge, so I'm a little bit afraid that it would take too much of time ... and try to publish new videos twice a month. But I still have to think about it. Maybe I'll make it eventually. I had that kind of thoughts about Terminator Skull too and I made it finally, so you never know! lol

I could, the only problem is the amount of details to make... they are a lot of them on a Star Destroyer! So it might be too long, but I still have to think about it, maybe I'll make one eventually I'm not sur yet. That being said you might like my very next tutorial, I'm working on the Death Star II at the moment ;) Feel free to let me know what you think about it when it's published.

Thank you Tushar!! I do appreciate it :) In regards to the painting, I won't. Because cardboard is not a good material when it comes to that part unfortunately, like at all... Painting them would make all the imperfections visible, and it would end up looking like a craft made by a young child lol to a certain extent... If I wanted to paint them, to make perfect replicas, I would use different materials like EVA foam, resin, plastic or even wood, but it wouldn't aligned with the topic of this channel which is making props using cardboard only! :)

You could start an entire rebel fleet. A CR90 Rebel Blockade Runner, a Y-wing, ect. And you will be all set.

What type of cutting mat do you use?
Hey Ty I use a cutting mat like the following one www.amazon.co.uk/Amtech-S0518-Cutting-Mat-A1/dp/B00HZMM1Y4/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=cutting+mat+blue&qid=1588805407&s=diy&sr=1-1 It's a big one but that's really useful when you do big things.
Epic Cardboard Props anything similar to this in the USA that I can order in Amazon? They don’t deliver to USA.
How much time did it take for the x-wing?
This one took me about 2 weeks and a half at a rate of a few hours per day, but I had to make it from scratch (without templates and without this tutorial of course) so it's not a good evaluation of the time that you'd spent on it if you decide to make it (if it's the reason why you ask) as you have the templates and this tutorial, it should be much faster for you. ;)
You should do the slave 1 from empire strikes back and attack of the clones

Why do you not paint them?
