JH Audio's customer service is fantastic. If you ever get the chance to visit them in Orlando, their headquarters/factory/office space (whatever you want to call it, its all that in one) is extremely homey, all the people who work there are awesome, and they even gave me a tour of all their work areas and I got to meet to people who make their IEMs. It was a memorable experience, and turned me into a diehard patron.

I looked at some graphs ofJH audio iems and you are right about the treble roll off its pretty bad. The midrange is also not very forward. They have warm bass or lower mid bass and that's good for drums. The only graph I liked was the u12t but that's 64 audio I think

With JH, so you still need to buy a separate receiver and transmitter? If so, will it work with any? How’d you get your custom fit right? Do they give instructions on how to take a good mold of your ear?

In which context will you use it? It is a lot cheaper to go wired, and a bit more expensive with a receiver and transmitter, and a lot mot expensive to have a whole in ear monitor system with your own mixer🫡
