  • Outstanding metal guitar that delivers crushing tone. (Use headphones for the full impact) Extra jumbo frets and blackout appointments. Kirk’s signature skull and crossbones fret markers make this a collector piece and fan favorite.

      Absolutely. To be fair, the Frankenstein, (it's a mummy actually - I botched it), is a Chinese-made copy of an ESP guitar. Not nearly as well made, but still pretty good for a cheap neck-through guitar.

      It is designed to be a floating bridge, yes. Any guitar with the "Steve Vai" rout behind the bridge is meant to maximize the the amount of upward tremolo pull. One can set it up to be non-floating if needed.

    What wah pedal are you using

    • @121212Guitars
      @121212Guitars  2 года назад +1

      Not a pedal in the traditional sense - the Line6 HX Stomp is a effects, amplifier and cabinet simulator unit that can plug directly into the PA system, or serve as a multifx unit. In this case, it's simply guitar -> HX Stomp -> USB out, plugged directly into my Ipad. All of the sounds/FX are generated in the HX Stomp, with perhaps the exception of some light compression in Lumufusion video editing software.

    • @121212Guitars
      @121212Guitars  2 года назад +1

      It's an officially licensed China-made Floyd Rose copy. Works fine, although compared to the old brass Schaller-made Floyds I find that the fine tuners are more difficult to turn, perhaps due to the black plating. As for the sound, there is little discernable difference if one is playing through a saturated distorted amplifier.
