great a-z breakdown of this movement. this gives me some things to think about and incorporate in my training. i do some version of this move daily except when my shoulders need a break. thanks as always, paul.
Hi Paul, could you do a piked bent arm press handstand tutorial, with all the progressions and drills? This is the press that I prefer and that I’m working towards. Particularly, I’m looking for progressions that can bridge the gap between floating pike push ups (my current level) and the full press. Thanks in advance, and keep up the great quality videos!
I've been working on getting my knees off my elbows for nearly a year now, progress is really slow but this tutorial has given so many great tips, thanks. What I notice is my male friends can get their knees off their elbows immediately with no training. I guess women are just naturally weaker in the shoulders?
Yes most of the calisthenics skills are harder for females due to the shape of the pelvis, Bodyweight distribution etc. Guys can normally get away with less than perfect technique and muscle the positions, females tend to need cleaner reps staying more in the sweet spot
i've never seen anybody explain handstands like you. No other videos matter tbh.
Super detailed Paul. I myself practice and teach this skill but your teaching is exceptional 👌 Thank you and well done👊
Awesome, thank you!

Amazing. I am finding I dont have alot of shoulder strength for these.
Fully agree with everyone praising Paul's videos. Nobody explains it better, and still, without wasting any time. Such a teacher is GOLD.
Thank you 🙏
Your lightness is a superpower!!!!!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏

There is literally no way I can release the legs without crashing down instantly. I can do 40kg dips for 7 reps, surely I’m not missing the strength?
No it’s understanding how to transfer weight/control into the arms and out of the legs
@@PaulTwyman appreciate it, will watch some more of your videos! Hope it will help :)
Why can't I find woman doing this?
