Baby Bird Ignores Dad's Food Offerings (8) - Bulbul Chick Insists on Eating Only From Mother E218

The stripe-throated bulbul, or streak-throated bulbul, is a species of songbird in the bulbul family of passerine birds. It is found in south-eastern Asia where its natural habitats are tropical moist lowland forest and tropical moist montane forest.
The video starts with the baby bird being fed by its parents. As the story unfolds, we see the baby bird learning not to ignore food offered by its dad. Later, the dad eats all the food, leaving the mom to stay with the baby as it sleeps. The baby bird soon becomes restless and doesn't want to sleep anymore.
Continuing on, the baby bird is then seen eating a big red fruit, which it seems to enjoy. However, the baby bird doesn't appear to like the food its dad offers later on. Finally, the mom tries to give the baby bird a piece of food, but it turns out to be too big. Watch the video to see how this lovely family of birds navigates life and meal times together.

You guys have it all wrong, the baby is sick, something is wrong hence why it’s restless and making noise.. he’s not that hungry which we assume because he’s constantly opening his mouth, baby has trouble swallowing and these baby birds can swallow big things usually,opening his mouth is the only way to get attention trying to let them know something is wrong which is why he’s restless.. dad picks up on this which is why he’s staring so long looking around the nest and at baby,, baby ignores his food probably because he fed it and after didn’t feel well ( could have been green worms) the baby is in pain hence why on the next video dad is feeding more fruits and vegetables instead of bugs…hence the following video baby can swallow big things and is no longer restless
