Generic Jedi operatives/more of that in the game would be highly welcomed (similar to the generic officers). Give them a lot of customization options and let people make their own Star Wars characters OR make a good character build to proxy something not in the game already.
Agreed, Core Update packs would be a good for the game. How about Grand Moff Tarkin !!!! His Command cards could be “Charming to the Last,” and the three most beautifully said in Star Wars: “Commence Primary Ignition.”
Okay so before I watch this, my top 3 things I think Legion needs are: 3) Rules update/change, bring back the old rules, or mix it up and change the rules again, because the new ones are just such a slug to play at sometimes plus now with climbing and barricades changed there's no reason to take certain upgrades and keywords like expert climber, scale and unhindered are now considerably more weaker 2) Pykes! Nerf them! They are ridiculously hard to kill, at times, this can be sorted by a simple change, make each commander in the shadow collective unique so that way they can only take one Capo. 1) GAR, need something, maybe a new core unit but at the very least two or three operative choices because since they changed exemplar, Padme's token sharing, she's not as good as before and the only other option is R2 who is great at healing vehicles and if you can get secret mission done, however I think he's just a little too easy to kill and have struggled to pull off secret mission. Honourable Mention) Price reduction; the cost of Legion expansions is so much higher then it used to be and it's just getting more and more expensive.

It just feels like the game has become crit hunting and hits are pointless now because everything has cover so easily. Plus scale got screwed, in the new rules set. I'd say even if they kept the current rules for climbing, but brought back the rolling dice for climbing to see if the unit got injured or not, that would make the scale and expert climber keywords mean something again.

That Scorpinec Droid is really awesome for shadow collective :-D, other ideas are also nice like the Gungans. And any kind of alien-looking troops (to many helms).
I would love to see Savage to be added as an operative for SC. I really enjoy running SC and seeing Maul & Savage with a swarm of Mandos & Pykes on the tabletop would be awesome.

My wishlist is for more GAR and Sep Corps. In the way Snowtroopers and Fleet Troopers are for Empire and Rebels. I think that Galactic Marines and Umbara troopers would be good thematic choices. Also, now that we are getting Geonosians I honestly think we will be getting Gungans.
I really think an LAAT or Tie bombers would be super cool, I would definitely like to see more vehicles. I think the rebels crew and new molds for Han and Leia would also be cool
One of the best things about the Scorponek is that it could pull double duty as both as Shadow Collective and Separatist unit! I would love to run some of the big brother droidekas with my Seppies!
Aliens: Gungans, Umbarans, Twileks, a Hutt Syndicate merc subfaction, Dathomir Monsters like the nexu, acklay, and rancor (The Empire and Republic shouldn't get any monsters, but more vehicles)
Top thing to add for me would be a unit for Ray Stevenson's character in the upcoming Ahsoka show. Not really important for the game as a whole, but would be a cool way to honor a talented Actor who passed all to suddenly and way to soon. RIP Mr. Stevenson! You were a treasure and cant wait to see your work on the new series.

What I'm really dying to get would be a trandoshan hunters or slavers. I would LOVE to get these, especially now clone commandos/Delta Squad and geonosians are coming out, the time is never better to release some more iconic enemies from Star Wars Republic Commando. I could see them getting a whole battle force, with the squat shotgun and vibroblade slavers, the veteran jump-pack commandos wielding their smg's and the trandoshan elites as armored, minigun wielding commanders! Maybe even the scavenger droids could be used as some sort of anti-vehicle and corp threat? Plus they could have the flamethrower AAT's shown in the Bad Batch as a heavy vehicle! Could definitely see the battle force being able to take b1's, b2's and magnaguards like in the game. Maybe even Grievous? But could definitely see Bossk as a commander as well. They could be a mercenary unit for both Empire and Seperatists. A lot of the basing for my Empire army is Kashyyyk themed, so I would LOVE to have some trandoshan mercenaries helping hunt down and eliminate wookiee resistance! Also...Imperial army troopers/mudtroopers for a cheap corp option please AMG!
Droid gunship! Imps and GAR got the LAAT, Rebels got the Airspeeder, droids need their crazy bombad gunship! It's already featured on a programming card, so we know it's coming someday! Sooner is better 😃
I have a lot of my list, but my #1 wasn't on your list. My #1 is Old Ben Kenobi from A New Hope. We could also get a A New Hope battle force... similar to MESBG and the Fellowship of the Ring, an all hero army (Ben Kenobi, Luke, Han, Chewie, Leia, etc.) I would also like to see mounted heroes, also like MESBG, you can have the mounts dismounted in battle and then you have hero on foot. Similar to your ghost crew, i'd love to see Thrawn as an Imperial Commander. He could go into a regular army or even a remnant battle force.
I started making a list but it sortof just felt like variations on one thing: More playable 'subfactions' like a Mandalorian force, wookies, gungans etc. Either by giving them new core units, or by having a commander or upgrade cards that turn specific units into core. Like a wookie general making wookies core so you don't have to take clones. Or do it through battleforces.
With us having the Imperial Remnant Battleforce, I think something we're missing is an Early Empire Battleforce. Basically, a ruleset for running GAR units with imperial commanders and operatives that isn't proxying Imp units with GAR minis. Also, seeing how we're getting Inquisitors - Purge Troopers would be fun, although yet another "Stormtroopers+ in black" imp SF unit is kind of pushing it

My top 3 as a Republic player would be Mace Windu, Clone Commandos or Marines, and some separatist vehicle, maybe a Crab Droid, or a Hailfire, perhaps a Homing Spider Droid or Octuptera droid (the small version obviously)
corp upgrades, definitely. Also different clone sculpts, like 327th (with Ayla Secura and Bly!), the Galactic Marines (with Ki-Adi Mundi and Bakara!), the 41st (with Gree!)...
Definately not likely but new "Super Heavy" Vehicles GAR gets ATTE CIS gets MTT, Octuptara magna droid, or Homing spider droid Empire gets ATAT (probably with special rules like the SSDs in armada) Rebels get U-Wing or smth idk what do you guys think
I'm picking the separatist over clones because they look much more uniformed and they're definitely a laugh because the CIS leader seemed more serious.
I definitely agree that we need those characters, but before doing new heroes, I think they must do more core and special forces units for the Republic and Separatists. We know that geonosians are on their way to the battlefield, but we need more. We need like airborne troopers with infiltrate, maybe ARF with already scout 3 in core units for Republic. We need clone commando squads, maybe named ones like Delta Squad or Omega Squad for special forces in Republic. For separatists, rocket B1 and rocket B2 would give a nice opportunity to get flying units in the separatists. We also need more battle forces like 212th attack batallion for Republic and maybe Geonosian battle force with a geonosian canon.
Legion could use a bit of a revision of the LOS & Cover rules and revisit of core units and broader balance, right now not a big fan of the meta and gameplay changes with force power nerfs, feels alot less tactical as a result, perhaps this is what shatterpoint is for.?.?
100% agree on the Ghost crew, Mace Windu, and more Wookies. I also want to see the rest of the bounty hunters from Empire (Dengar, 4-Lom, and Zuckus), and some Bespin love (Bespin guard, Ugnauts, Lobot, and a twin pod cloud car) to go with Lando!
Are you talking like actual troop units or including hero characters as well? I think there is a good amount, unless you are speaking about just actual generic troop units then I can see what you're saying. Of course maybe my point of view is skewed, I play CIS and we have so many options with all our lightsaber users.
I think the game has some melee, but some core options for armies that focused more on melee than range would actually be pretty cool. Maybe just a big gang of weequay pirates with vibro swords and pistols working for shadow collective or some kind of new scum force
I agree with Rebels and nightsisters, they need to be there. Also the additional heavies for those other corps units is a must. Don’t forget a generic pathfinder heavy as well!

Love this wishlist! I'd like to see all of it obviously. But if I had to choose right away, I'd say Imperial Army units and some generic ISB agents or a battle force dedicated to them.
Jango, Mace, and the Ghost crew... agreed, all in my top. And Gungans are fine, just no Jar Jar, leave him out of Legion. I could see the Ghost Crew being a Special Forces for the Rebels, maybe with Field Commander Option for Kanan and Hera being a Commander (similar to Inferno Squad). I would also love to see... - a Stormtrooper Commander, like the Clone Commanders for the Republic. - Obi-Wan as an Operative for the Rebels. - Generic Jedi for the Republic; maybe as a Commander option and it opens up a Padawan Operative - I wouldn't mind seeing a Sith padawan as an Operative. Maybe with the caveat that it can't exist with Palpatine AND Vader, only 1 of those can be in your list. Though not likely aince we're getting Inquisitors. - Prince Xizor and a Black Sun battleforce - Mara Jade Operative

I would like to see different clone legions and units, bad batch, clone commandos different Jedi masters, durge, maybe mauls brother and night sisters and maybe a bounty hunter squad pack
You could get an entire new faction in the Bedlam Raiders from Jedi Survivor. Wouldn’t even have to make that many new units for the corps units as you could just use B1s and B2s. You can also use magnas, BX droids, and Droidekas that players already have for CIS. You could have special force units with the jet pack/shock lance characters or the lightsaber bedlam raider characters as well as having Dagan as a commander and Rayvis as an operative. You could even make the vulture droid as a heavy for them
I would echo upgrade packs for phase 2 clones and all other wave 2 core. But I the thing the republic needs is more operatives, so I would like to see operative versions of Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan from episode 1 if we have ep. 1 maul. This could also help buff commander Kenobi with ne2 command cards.
In my wishlist, i have a terrain piece for the sarlacc pitt with missions, the canon has made enough visits to make somethinggeneric enough to make it work.
1) would love to see Purge Troopers and a Inquisition Battle force coming with the 7th Sister and the 5th Brothers. Lot of cool stuff possible here, grand inquisitor, many operatives, new corps trooper, new special trooper, etc. 2) Hailfire-class droid tank with the Genesis Battle force coming up. 3) Mace Windu and I mean a couple more jedis, Plo Koon, Ayla Secura, etc.. 4) Agree with you, Mother Talzin and Savage Opress and 5 ) Crimson Dawn ( Dryden Vos, Qira, they could join the Shadow Collective battle force to flesh out that faction. That was my top 5.
I think there is a lot of room to expand yet in legion. I think mounted leaders should be a thing. That being said I think they would just be a separate creature troopers unit with stats that reflect that, not having mounts that are cheap transports that any single character can hop on. The only thing on my list that you didn't mention would be Jabba the Hutt, he definitely needs to be in the game.
A cool option should be BIG vehicles for each faction. Not quite sure how they'd work on the tabletop, but larger vehicles like the ATTE... Or slightly smaller vehicles like the ATAP Or hell, even a flyers expansion for things like the true LAAT gunship or Droid gunship, the empire already has the imperial shuttle

I like a lot of these, particularly the named characters. My top wish is for more intuitive line of sight rules. I really don’t like cover and line of sight after the latest rules update.
I think we need a new core set, Retire the 2 old ones, The whole idea behind the core sets is to be able to pop one and play straight out of the contents, The rules are outdated so badly that new players are outright better off throwing away the book and just downloading the free online one, I'd like to see a new core, Maybe take a leaf from shatterpoint and mcp and have some terrain in there too, Updated rule set, All the trimmings, For the factions I dunno, I would like to see First order vs resistence maybe, Get a commander Rey vs Swolo going
I think it’s absolutely criminal that Separatists got a viper droid before the Empire, even if it’s a different model. Beyond that, I would just love the MTT to be in the game. I know it would be absolutely massive, but I think it would be low detail enough to be feasible.
I don't know if it is the same In the US, but in Canada we really need a reprint of the basic, like dice, stormtroopers etc. I just got in the game and it is hard to find those in store over here.
Clone Commandos (Shout-out to Delta Squad!!!), Hondo and his pirates (they even have tanks!), Weapons Upgrades for core units ( Phase 2's don't get dc15 like Phase 1's why?).
Definitely Corps unit upgrades. This is a huge weakness for all the units that aren't Rebel Troopers, bog Stormtroopers, and the like. More than anything, that's where I want to see releases: existing things that can be filled out. Same with a Wookiee battleforce. More things to fill out what's already there and more options to field themed armies I think is where AMG should focus. I'm less excited about specific personalities because they could be at it for 50 years and not get everyone. I'm more interested in the army game, and think the personality heavy releases can be focused on for Shatterpoint. Likewise, I agree with mounted commanders and the droid from Book of Boba Fett. Both would be great addons that don't necessarily pull the army in different directions. What other mounted commanders do you think would be cool. Maybe a snowspeeder Luke (not just an upgrade card)? Obi Wan on his Utapau dino or on his Gendy Clone Wars speeder? Endor Leia on speeder? One thing that's different for me is I'd love to see more Mercs as a playable army. Where's the Corps Raider? Where's the Pyke Heavy? That goes back to unit upgrades for me and the ability to fill out what's already there and allow for more themed armies.

Ok I'm there with you - but didn't put him on here just because I'm being realistic - he's not canon atm and until they return him to canon I doubt we're gonna get him. Same goes with characters like Dash Rendar and Mara Jade.
I only want HMPs. This would be a way to add some new missile and maybe programming upgrades. Maybe there could even be a way for the gunship to carry a couple units of B2s, bringing them back into relevance. It may be a stretch to fit a model this big, but I think it would be reasonable since the republic has the LAAT.
Great list. The rest of the Ghost crew getting ghosted (ha) always felt strange to me as well. But the number one thing Legion needs is Ahsoka for the Republic. What the hell AMG??

I think clone commandos as special forces, in order to balance it I think the Seps should get a set of Umbaran's as special forces. The third thing I would put in would be boring for seasoned players, but an expansion that includes something like 10 simple learn to play scenarios that slowly teach the most important rules to new players. But that's just me.

Droid gunship! Imps and GAR got the LAAT, Rebels got the Airspeeder, droids need their crazy bombad gunship! It's already featured on a programming card, so we know it's coming someday! Sooner is better 😃

I have a lot of my list, but my #1 wasn't on your list. My #1 is Old Ben Kenobi from A New Hope. We could also get a A New Hope battle force... similar to MESBG and the Fellowship of the Ring, an all hero army (Ben Kenobi, Luke, Han, Chewie, Leia, etc.) I would also like to see mounted heroes, also like MESBG, you can have the mounts dismounted in battle and then you have hero on foot. Similar to your ghost crew, i'd love to see Thrawn as an Imperial Commander. He could go into a regular army or even a remnant battle force.

I started making a list but it sortof just felt like variations on one thing:
More playable 'subfactions' like a Mandalorian force, wookies, gungans etc. Either by giving them new core units, or by having a commander or upgrade cards that turn specific units into core. Like a wookie general making wookies core so you don't have to take clones. Or do it through battleforces.
With us having the Imperial Remnant Battleforce, I think something we're missing is an Early Empire Battleforce.
Basically, a ruleset for running GAR units with imperial commanders and operatives that isn't proxying Imp units with GAR minis.
Also, seeing how we're getting Inquisitors - Purge Troopers would be fun, although yet another "Stormtroopers+ in black" imp SF unit is kind of pushing it
Ghost Crew YES! would also love to see Probe Droids and Imperial Patrol Troopers (Solo: A Star Wars Story)
I don’t understand how we’ve gotten small probes for cis but not the most recognizable probe in the empire
1) a campaign system, 2) some trandoshans or other stuffs for the shadow collective, 3) the mounted commanders and some Kind of legendary formation teaming up anakin and obi, or cody and obi, anakin and rex... etc
My top 3 as a Republic player would be Mace Windu, Clone Commandos or Marines, and some separatist vehicle, maybe a Crab Droid, or a Hailfire, perhaps a Homing Spider Droid or Octuptera droid (the small version obviously)
Ahsoka is also a big one for me

I'm picking the separatist over clones because they look much more uniformed and they're definitely a laugh because the CIS leader seemed more serious.
I definitely agree that we need those characters, but before doing new heroes, I think they must do more core and special forces units for the Republic and Separatists. We know that geonosians are on their way to the battlefield, but we need more. We need like airborne troopers with infiltrate, maybe ARF with already scout 3 in core units for Republic. We need clone commando squads, maybe named ones like Delta Squad or Omega Squad for special forces in Republic. For separatists, rocket B1 and rocket B2 would give a nice opportunity to get flying units in the separatists. We also need more battle forces like 212th attack batallion for Republic and maybe Geonosian battle force with a geonosian canon.
Legion could use a bit of a revision of the LOS & Cover rules and revisit of core units and broader balance, right now not a big fan of the meta and gameplay changes with force power nerfs, feels alot less tactical as a result, perhaps this is what shatterpoint is for.?.?

Need more operatives for Galactic Republic. Maybe Padawan's or lesser Jedi is what I would pick.
100% agree on the Ghost crew, Mace Windu, and more Wookies. I also want to see the rest of the bounty hunters from Empire (Dengar, 4-Lom, and Zuckus), and some Bespin love (Bespin guard, Ugnauts, Lobot, and a twin pod cloud car) to go with Lando!
After playing the game the one thing I always thought was lacking was dedicated melee units. There are a few, but not many.
Are you talking like actual troop units or including hero characters as well? I think there is a good amount, unless you are speaking about just actual generic troop units then I can see what you're saying. Of course maybe my point of view is skewed, I play CIS and we have so many options with all our lightsaber users.
I think the game has some melee, but some core options for armies that focused more on melee than range would actually be pretty cool. Maybe just a big gang of weequay pirates with vibro swords and pistols working for shadow collective or some kind of new scum force
I agree with Rebels and nightsisters, they need to be there. Also the additional heavies for those other corps units is a must. Don’t forget a generic pathfinder heavy as well!

Love this wishlist! I'd like to see all of it obviously. But if I had to choose right away, I'd say Imperial Army units and some generic ISB agents or a battle force dedicated to them.
I definitely agree with the ghost crew. I used proxies for half of them when I play rebels now anyway might as well make them playable characters!

I could see the Ghost Crew being a Special Forces for the Rebels, maybe with Field Commander Option for Kanan and Hera being a Commander (similar to Inferno Squad).
I would also love to see...
- a Stormtrooper Commander, like the Clone Commanders for the Republic.
- Obi-Wan as an Operative for the Rebels.
- Generic Jedi for the Republic; maybe as a Commander option and it opens up a Padawan Operative
- I wouldn't mind seeing a Sith padawan as an Operative. Maybe with the caveat that it can't exist with Palpatine AND Vader, only 1 of those can be in your list. Though not likely aince we're getting Inquisitors.
- Prince Xizor and a Black Sun battleforce
- Mara Jade Operative
1- Imperial Army Battleforce (Mudtroopers, Imperial Army Conscripts, and so forth)

You could get an entire new faction in the Bedlam Raiders from Jedi Survivor. Wouldn’t even have to make that many new units for the corps units as you could just use B1s and B2s. You can also use magnas, BX droids, and Droidekas that players already have for CIS. You could have special force units with the jet pack/shock lance characters or the lightsaber bedlam raider characters as well as having Dagan as a commander and Rayvis as an operative. You could even make the vulture droid as a heavy for them

I would echo upgrade packs for phase 2 clones and all other wave 2 core. But I the thing the republic needs is more operatives, so I would like to see operative versions of Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan from episode 1 if we have ep. 1 maul. This could also help buff commander Kenobi with ne2 command cards.

1) would love to see Purge Troopers and a Inquisition Battle force coming with the 7th Sister and the 5th Brothers. Lot of cool stuff possible here, grand inquisitor, many operatives, new corps trooper, new special trooper, etc. 2) Hailfire-class droid tank with the Genesis Battle force coming up. 3) Mace Windu and I mean a couple more jedis, Plo Koon, Ayla Secura, etc.. 4) Agree with you, Mother Talzin and Savage Opress and 5 ) Crimson Dawn ( Dryden Vos, Qira, they could join the Shadow Collective battle force to flesh out that faction. That was my top 5.

That is a good list. I could go for any and all of it.
I think there is a lot of room to expand yet in legion. I think mounted leaders should be a thing. That being said I think they would just be a separate creature troopers unit with stats that reflect that, not having mounts that are cheap transports that any single character can hop on.
The only thing on my list that you didn't mention would be Jabba the Hutt, he definitely needs to be in the game.
A cool option should be BIG vehicles for each faction. Not quite sure how they'd work on the tabletop, but larger vehicles like the ATTE... Or slightly smaller vehicles like the ATAP
Or hell, even a flyers expansion for things like the true LAAT gunship or Droid gunship, the empire already has the imperial shuttle

I like a lot of these, particularly the named characters. My top wish is for more intuitive line of sight rules. I really don’t like cover and line of sight after the latest rules update.
I think we need a new core set, Retire the 2 old ones, The whole idea behind the core sets is to be able to pop one and play straight out of the contents, The rules are outdated so badly that new players are outright better off throwing away the book and just downloading the free online one, I'd like to see a new core, Maybe take a leaf from shatterpoint and mcp and have some terrain in there too, Updated rule set, All the trimmings, For the factions I dunno, I would like to see First order vs resistence maybe, Get a commander Rey vs Swolo going

I think it’s absolutely criminal that Separatists got a viper droid before the Empire, even if it’s a different model. Beyond that, I would just love the MTT to be in the game. I know it would be absolutely massive, but I think it would be low detail enough to be feasible.
I don't know if it is the same In the US, but in Canada we really need a reprint of the basic, like dice, stormtroopers etc. I just got in the game and it is hard to find those in store over here.
Clone Commandos (Shout-out to Delta Squad!!!), Hondo and his pirates (they even have tanks!), Weapons Upgrades for core units ( Phase 2's don't get dc15 like Phase 1's why?).
Definitely Corps unit upgrades. This is a huge weakness for all the units that aren't Rebel Troopers, bog Stormtroopers, and the like. More than anything, that's where I want to see releases: existing things that can be filled out. Same with a Wookiee battleforce. More things to fill out what's already there and more options to field themed armies I think is where AMG should focus. I'm less excited about specific personalities because they could be at it for 50 years and not get everyone. I'm more interested in the army game, and think the personality heavy releases can be focused on for Shatterpoint.
Likewise, I agree with mounted commanders and the droid from Book of Boba Fett. Both would be great addons that don't necessarily pull the army in different directions. What other mounted commanders do you think would be cool. Maybe a snowspeeder Luke (not just an upgrade card)? Obi Wan on his Utapau dino or on his Gendy Clone Wars speeder? Endor Leia on speeder?
One thing that's different for me is I'd love to see more Mercs as a playable army. Where's the Corps Raider? Where's the Pyke Heavy? That goes back to unit upgrades for me and the ability to fill out what's already there and allow for more themed armies.

I only want HMPs. This would be a way to add some new missile and maybe programming upgrades. Maybe there could even be a way for the gunship to carry a couple units of B2s, bringing them back into relevance. It may be a stretch to fit a model this big, but I think it would be reasonable since the republic has the LAAT.
I would love more clone commanders from various other legions, and of course the various Jedi generals to accompany them, like wolffe and plo koon

I think clone commandos as special forces, in order to balance it I think the Seps should get a set of Umbaran's as special forces. The third thing I would put in would be boring for seasoned players, but an expansion that includes something like 10 simple learn to play scenarios that slowly teach the most important rules to new players. But that's just me.
