- Today we had some challenges Owen hopped in the loader to load out trucks in real time operations today unfortunately it didn’t last to long as we had a bad tire on the 950k that was no repairable we got it back on the bead but the weather crack was to severe to fix. Edd and Jessie got some good action on the field and I was able to break through on some administrative things that are really helping us move more efficiently. Take a look and see how the day went!
Good luck with your channel, I am Unsubscribing.
Why is that?
@@plowbrothers365 Don't sweat the small stuff, Harvey is a hater.
@@tlc261193 🤡
Your channel is awesome!
Harvey won’t explain himself, seems he’s the 🤡
For all the guys that show up for hard work day after day shows you treat them good. Much respect for what your doing
I'm from Bishop in Mammoth alot. I think you are doing a good job. Was up there today my client which is mentally disabled lives in appointments. There parking lot was was full of snow. He dosent drive but when I come up to take him shopping and stuff I need to safety pick him up. Keep up what you are doing. I know locals dont like it. But it matters to me and my clients. Been in the area for 45 years.
Thank you for always being so positive. Keep up the great work and workers. I would be very sad for the town of Mammoth if you stopped moving snow. You know what you will do in time. As far as I am concerned you are learning alot and you are doing a great job, fabulous job, stupendous job. You are all rock stars.
Listen I am a local and I watch your videos every time u put one out ! Don’t worry about the haters . Ty for cleaning and helping our town .
I appreciate that
The last thing you have to do is explain yourself to these fools and the comments that don’t have a clue, just keep up the good work !!appreciate the content
Glad to see you give your son a chance at running the big boy.
I saw there were people hauling snow early on your way to the office. Glad this is all not on your shoulders! You have a great crew, so many of them, there early to get to work and putting in long days. I can imagine your office nightmare, wish I was there to help with it! It’s going to be rough but you are going to kick butt this year, all around! Thanks for being a good boss, treating your employees well and respectfully. It shows in their loyalty to you. Take care of yourself! Don’t need you getting run down and sick!
I feel the same, I wish I was there to help them with the paper work.
Praise the Lord for their hard and respectful work.
Couldn’t agree more . The treatment of his employees is conveyed and refreshing. Praying for his business and I’ll second wanting to help organize his office and paperwork to help his business thrive with efficiency. Good deserves good .🙏💪🏽❄️
Watched all your videos, they're awesome! You guys work your asses off. Your community should be proud of what you're doing.
keep up the hard work lads! Grateful for your efforts and positive attitude!!
I enjoy how you folks just don't quit no matter what. Flat tires..no problem!! Buttheads at a snow pit? No problem!! Just keep pushing guys!!
Snow removal business is fast moving you always change on the fly keep up the great work and keep your eye on the prize 🤑
Those type of folks. Has no idea and think they know everything. Tell him come on in and help out and see what all is involved. You do a great job for what you have to tackle. GOD has given you a gift of wisdom on how to tackle these situations
I have enjoyed your videos and the way you've kept us informed of the conditions of brutal CA winter. Love your positive attitude throughout this, knowing how stressed and sleep deprived you and your crew are. My only advise is do not give any attention to the negative comments, but keep pressing on. Surely the Lord will reward your heart and diligence.
i thank you are doing very well i live 30 miles south of Buffalo n,y, i have delt with that all my life
You Sir are an inspiration, peace. . .
Here in Canada we run heat tracing lines on the edge of the roofs to prevent ice build up. I'm surprised the homes in Mammoth don't have that.
Drat, I asked about how Owen did in the wrong video. I like the segment of this video when you are driving and we see the deep snow on either side. Really is amazing. You are doing a great service for your customers. Love the videos.
Your doing great,be safe keep up the good work.
Vince Lombardi had a saying, something re : the Green Bay Packers attitude, "We will endeavor to persevere". This is YOU
@Plowbrother365,
Don’t worry about the detractors as they are either just jealous that you’re getting it done OR they got allegiance to someone else.
There can be no other reason surely.
Actions speak louder than ANY WORDS AND YOURE GETTING DONE!
Total respect!!!
Hoo Yah!!
Stand Strong 💪 Brother you got it. You're in my prayer keep up the excellent work 🙏. Remember that you are never alone the Lord Almighty is always with us.
This should be a Netflix series 🙂 But honestly even though there's politics and drama, I'm here cheering on all of these guys literally battling against the snow, the cold (and the equipment) on the front line. I'm also marveling at what Mother Nature can do, fascinating and terrifying at the same time. I hope the next wave won't have as much of an impact!
From what I have watched and see upclose you and your crew do great work! You can't please everybody especially now days, just keep having great work ethic and keep moving forward! Great videos great content! thank you.
Sounds like you're stepping on some good old boys toes. Good for you!! Rock On!!
4:19. I started with my Dad at 5 with an old Massey Ferguson 40B and I would stand on the feet part. He didn't have the time and said if you want more jumps and berms for the tracks you gotta do it yourself! My mother did NOT like it, but man it was FUN AF. Then a small dozer.
I am in the tropics, very far away, I wish I was there to help you with the paper work.
Anyway, I am giving a suggestion: do the sign in and out in small groups of workers at different hours, example: the group 1 for roof 1 gets at 5AM sign in and go to the job location, the group 2 for roof 2 gets at 5:10 to the office to sign in and go to do the work... When they are back to sign out, the group 1 should arrive ar 6PM, group 2 at 6:10PM and so on.
This should save waiting time.
Hope it helps....
Keep up the great work and be safe up There.
We have a fab shop build our scoops out of aluminum to a spec that an ol boy built in the 60’s! They are unreal snow mover’s!
I've lived at the beach (east coast) lived indy country miles from anyone and I've found that some time's you pay for paradise. I'd never live in a city again because payment is due everyday. I wish everyone there, well and hope it stops sooner than later. It's even cold here in southern Arizona which is super rare.
Owen's first load was feather start to finish. Nice!
You’re doing something this winter season that few have done! Armchair warriors will always have something snarky to say but I never respond to them because that’s allowing them to live rent free in your head and life is hard enough so don’t lose a minute’s sleep over them! It’s ok to accept criticism but when they get to being a know it all then it’s time to cut them out
Don’t let all the know it alls living in mom’s basement get to you lol! I’m also in the business it looks like you know your stuff hello from Winnipeg 🇨🇦 first thought claustrophobic lol
Hi from colorado this happen in summit county about 30 years ago. I lived there and plowed snow for 25 years. lots of paperwork
keep the paper work going summer is coming. have a good spring .go sum were warm this spring
Aloha! & Congrats! to first day of... 'Owen'-da-Loader'! --- Glad to see that you guys are still 'Throwing dat SNOW'! - Stay Healthy! --- M.S.A.
Amazing work to keep that many employees going out every day to battle what mother nature is throwing at you. Its hard for the average person to fathom what it takes to do what your doing in that environment. GREAT WORK!!!!
You guys are doing a fantastic job! Keep it going and we will keep watching, cheers from Vancouver BC.
Thanks for these videos! Keeps visitors informed of Mammoth snow conditions
You need to use a snow saw cut larger blocks in the snow on top of the roof And then you could slide him dowith shovels or you're bigger snow removal tools on flat roofs you need to put a snowblower up on top and just blow itAnd put Put nylon skidsOn snow blower
Awesomesauce, You guys are so inspiring. I was reading everything about government funding, and watching snow removal videos all day and night for 8hrs. I saw the blue shovels people used in the videos overseas, Praying for all of you. Peace and God Be with you
Can't imagine how you and your team do what you are doing. I am a new englander by birth and have kept rentals in Arrowhead and Big Bear CA. I know just living in those weather impact areas can be a challenge. You and your crews seem to be up to it. Don't let the locals get you down. Do you get down to Convict Lake for service calls? Best of luck with your channel , honest and straight forward, like your business model. Cheers R
Ill drop in time to time to check on you and the beauty of mammoth. Keep posting!
Fantastic work ethic will always persevere! You’ve got such a winning attitude, and it’s will ALWAYS set you apart! Keep rocking brother!
Foam fill loader tires. Spendy but worth it in situations where you’re always having flats. Probably won’t have time for loader to sit long enough for it this year but might be worth looking into next year
Probably get a little snow Sunday, but not much until maybe mid next week or the following weekend. Hopefully you can have a day off!
Would love to see a RawVlog/ a longer video with no cuts. Look forward to your daily videos. Keep up the hard work out there!
Thanks for sharing. 💯👍🥶🚜
That was a good one so much snow on the roofs lots of jobs for everyone
Wow look at how clear the roads have gotten by comparison where they were !
Some before and after shots of the job's 100 percent completed 👌
Don’t sweat the negative comments. It is just the state of our culture now, sad but true. You and your team are amazing and hard workers. Keep up the great work and thank you for the content!
I’m so thankful I came upon your channel. It’s been a new discovery on how your new business is adapting and overcoming daily challenges impacted by the forces of weather . I’ll be praying for your business and all the men who are working hard to give locals access to daily life . Love your upbeat attitude and your American spirit of lets do this!💪🏽🙏❄️🏔️
I have loader experience but I'm on The East Coast in Northern New England Maine wish I lived closer to you because I'd love to work for you
My Father was in the retail glass industry for over 40 years 25 in his own business, had a South Lake Tahoe and Reno location at one time 60 employees, sold South Lake Tahoe after 3 years making no profit, best years were when he had 12 or less employees . 🤔😉 Sierra Glass inc.
awesome vids man . keep them coming
You can't let the negativity bother you bro, you're always gonna have disgruntled people who bash you because there jealous. I'm 42 and started working in the snow business at 17. I know the MASSIVE undertaking it is to deal with that much snow. That's a totally different ball game and you're kicking ass, nobody in other parts of the country can relate to doing snow like that. Keep killing it man. I love the videos 👍👍
It is amazing how much snow piles up on buildings !
Found your page and I’m glad I did brother get videos love watching the scenic views I’m up here in the Bay Area always wanted to visit mm one day I will keep pushing my brother
Thanks for the sub!
You were fixing the loaders tire in front of my old condo! Your videos are great.
Glad you like them!
Looks like you're doing just fine.
People need a good punch in the face sometimes. I like your videos. You do you screw them.
Don't sweat the negative comments. If they knew half as much dealing with government (fees and codes) DOT, Equipment (without a in-house shop), employees and especially the weather. You're doing a great job juggling things! Keep your head up!
good job Owen. first you get good then you get fast.
I’m glad your a believer we need to stick together. 🙏🏻🤺🙏🏻
Watch out for the osha police one tie off per rope every one needs a tie off be careful buddy the fines will kill your profit
i'm here for "Owens 1st load"
Awesome ! If we trust in God, He will guide our path ! Proverbs 3:5. Keep up the good work. 👍 🙏
The "Schwartz is with you" may good communication happen well at the meeting with city today!
It has been quite the journey
Love your channel keep up the cool content
I can only imagine how sore workers bodies are after shoveling day after day , they must be worn out
It’s a young man’s grind for sure
Hello and keep grinding it out! I just think the amount of cashflow for the dumping in the pit is way too much for any small landscaping/snow removal service to swallow. I would say maybe you should give up the hauling/dumping of snow all together - very risky, also way too stressful! Thanks for the good vlogs!
You guys are so awesome
You need a snow shovel sponsor. 😎
Those dump fees are highway robbery
Not to forget we are talking about snow, not debris...
Excellent Channel, i would love to work 1 season as helper just to experience it, Amazing Great Work.
You and your crew be safe
Keep up the positive talking - like at the 14 minute mark. Love it!
Thank you! Will do!
Could you comment on the local fire depts and how they deal with the big snows. The hydrants are buried, the tanker trucks that hold the water for the pump trucks must have a heck of a time getting around, plus the valves and hoses freezing. Im guessing most of the hydrants are out of the way of the plows and loaders but do you guys accidentally take one out occasionally? I know the newer constructed houses should have internal sprinkler systems but I would guess the majority of the homes dont. I like your vids. Keep em coming.
What a war you and your team are waging on the snow monster. Wow , you are winning but what a fight
that's a lot of snow your doing great
Keep your head up, your figuring it out.
Good luck. You got a Lot of work to do. Ur OVERLOADED with snow
Was just wondering, what about using a zoomboom to take down some of that roof snow? Obviously have to be careful, but might need less guys up on the roof. Probably need to fab up some kind of scoop, but I've never seen it done anywhere before, you guys could be trailblazers.
Lol the negative folks have no clue what guys like us are up against, keep up the great work
I like this kind of video. Maybe some more bigger snow equipment use. 🌻
on the roof jobs, have you tried the scoop shovel that has the tarp off the back edge that allows the snow to slide away as the front scoop part cuts the bottom of the pack?
I do enjoy your channel, keep up the great work, remember it is Owens fault!
You're doing a great job, ignore people who say negative things!
You're always show us what you're going to do but you never show us what actually gets done could you please show us some of the finished sites 🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️❤️🤠
You are doing what you can for what you believe
I wish I had $50k to give you, I will ask the Good Lord to help you boys out.
My experience with the news media is that they frequently get the facts wrong.
My client told me all the locales are pissed. Why I dont know. But there is alot of snow that needs to be removed. 🤯keep your our spirits up.
It's not like this has never happened before. Just now, people want everything done yesterday and even that is too late. And for free! Especially the 2nd home/absentee homeowners who show up the first bluebird day and house is buried.
Hang in there, this is historical.
You need an assistant booking/ billing your invoice’s. 😉
God IS supremely good, and Jesus is Lord and King!
If they’re such experts get your ass up there and help out!
Portable snow melter tow it job to job
Don’t worry about the comments that we all post. If you read a suggestion that helps great. Don’t take comments personally. It comes with the territory. Keep up the good work.
Bro you dont have to explain to the trolls! just keep doing what your doing!!
I appreciate that
