- These little ones have been scampering around the road at Champney's Blueberry Farm the last week. Finally got to takes some photos of them after an afternoon rain.

Omgoodness!! Great video!! I've had a Mom Killdeer have her nest on my property 2 years in a row and I LOVED watching the babies scamper around and after a while Mom will get them back to her for a nap or snuggle time. So fun to watch! She didn't come back this year and I really missed seeing them. Thanks for the video, loved it!😊

These birds ran around in the parking lot of my shop peeping for years before I saw them fly, and they are extremely beautiful when they do. They seem to prefer running around looking very plain though. When they fly their markings and colors spring to life
Too cute for words, the 3rd one had no where to hide. LOL The babies look like they're at that awkward adolescent age, their beaks looked too large for their heads. hehe

I used to have one found it in a park and it couldn't fly so I took it home and three days later it died....😭😢😞😧😥😩 I couldn't do nothing but cry when I saw him or her rip hunter that was his name.
