  • Caught this crazy bond violation hearing the other day and found some prequels as well as a brief follow up to bring YOU the entire story…. More fascinating insight into the challenges our courts face on a daily basis and how they deal with them…
This remix is intended to provide better insight into how our courts and the folks who run them administer justice to the public they serve. Remember they have to deal with folks who are often having their worst day on a daily basis. We also hope to bring you cases with interesting legal concepts, twists and interactions you may not encounter elsewhere…
This commentary remix work constitutes a fair use of any copyrighted materials under section 107 of the US copyright law. Video was edited only to add relevant commentary and to reduce time in the hopes it will be more convenient to be viewed by more folks thereby raising public interest. All defendants are innocent until they aren’t…officially.

I mean.... am i accurate? Because it does not seem fair, it seems like massive overreach and an attempt to control people's personal lives.

They do not care what anyone else things, they do not care about the suffering of anyone else, but even worse, "everyone MUST OBEY" no matter how psychotic or self-entitled the thought or urge they have is. They cannot be fixed. They are greedy predators who do not accept that anyone else in the universe has any power over them whatsoever.

Try being separated from your fiance and kids who rely and depend on you against your will because you had a non-violent argument with her and then being incarcerated and stripped of your rights over it. Courts have no business micro-managing people's lives that don't want their involvement and are not presenting a threat to public safety or any individual.

Once a complaining witness comes forth and expressed her view that it was all taken to extremes by officials from the beginning and the advocate will not listen to her and act on her behalf. Instead it becomes a runaway train that the passengers have no choices. The advocate is there to represent the person not the state.

You would think that but in many cases you would be wrong!!! They will tell you what you want to hear but as soon as you get into court a completely different story comes out of their mouth once they get on the witness stand!!! Believe me I've been there done that!!! These advocates work for the state cause that's who's paying them period!!!
