This is a much-needed balance to the debate. It's seems so kind to accept this, but we are NOT seeing it through the eyes of all the people who may be impacted. Liz, you are WONDERFUL for this, and for your documentary.
she has completely changed my perspective. as a person with debilitating mental illness and long periods of suicidal ideation i had always thought that suicide should be a right and (just as with abortion) people who are determined to do so should be afforded the option of doing so painlessly and in a controlled environment. the notion of social coercion had not even entered into my mind and i had not considered how only certain groups would be allowed, which is a horrific kind of discrimination now that i think about it. thank you for enlightening me Liz. a person's life is Never of less value because it is more difficult to live, and such legislation would always be suggesting that it is, even if it were afforded to everybody.
This is wonderful, thanks for sharing
I burst out crying after ten minutes. It's a really powerful and important message.

I think Liz is Awesome, I love listening to her, she is also great as an Actress.
What a lovely articulate, intelligent person. She has such valid arguments, about this subject.
I think she is amazing.
Brilliant. Thank you for speaking out.
Please reconsider about taking one day at a time as we can only do. To take your life before your time is an eternal separation from God.
Also, for someone to take their life because they are made to feel a burden to relatives (or the state) is just wrong!
