Heeeeey, good video. Bayern fan here. We definitely look better, but it's still the same core of players, really. A lot still needs to happen. Sane, Gnabry, and Coman are inconsistent and injury prone. Boey has played like 3 full games. Goretzka is still doing his best John Cena impression and Manu has transitioned into American Football. Jokes aside, a lot of players on high wages who aren't performing the way they should. The system in itself is fine, for the most part. After the Barcelona game, tweaks were made, and the defense has been fine, but the offense has dried up. Mostly because the only effective players seem to be Kane, Musiala, and Olise. Even then, we had a stretch of goals from Musiala headers and Kane pens, instead of beautiful team play goals. Last season around this time of year Leverkusen inspired me to venture out of the PL and into the Bundesliga and I’m glad I did. Other than Bayer, Leipzig has been really entertaining to watch with Antonio Nusa being one of my favourite up and coming players.
How does one become a member? Will you do a patreon instead? What is included in this 🤔. I like your take on ball so would love to talk more about it too
I think that quite simply there are projects, tactics and managers that work for rich clubs and there are ones that only work for smaller ones, and there's no shame in that. Pep could be bad If he didn't had access to the resources that he had, but he made the most with it. What's strange to me is that Bielsa could do strong campaigns with that style of possession plans even with Leeds, which is a style that we normally associate with richer, more developed squads.
The self deprecating humor, a hallmark of British comedy, is always appreciated from across the pond. Maybe Americans will be able to do the same one day.
I have said it in the beginning of the season and I will say it again: these CBs will cost Bayern dearly when it comes to the really important games of the season. They are just not good enough and they have oopsies almost every time I watch them play. Also, Kompany had to adjust his very offensive attacking style a bit because the Barca game showed that you cannot play like that against a top team without getting punished heavily. Also, Neuer has become a problem for Bayern. He is a playing legend so as long as he wants to play Bayern will keep him as their #1, but he is far beyond his prime by now and is losing them games, like in the DFB-Pokal against Leverkusen. The RB situation is also a dire one, Boey is constantly injured and the only hope is that Stanisic will be fit for the upcoming second half of the season.
My problem with Bayern is, that they overpay for so many players. Sane, Gnabry and Coman each havent been world class for more than 1 year of their Bayern carreer and yet they are all payed 18-20M. Goretzka just doesn't have the technical quality needed and Müller and Neuer shouldnt be extended. They hold on to their players for too long, even when they aren't good enough.
As a Bayernfan, let me tell y'all that numbers really don't tell the truth here. Last season we had more game luck than I've ever seen from any team ever, ever leading to those 35 points. It should've been around 25-27 max, if we talk about earned points. This season we're as unlucky as one can be. Games like Leverkusen (twice) and Frankfurt are games you win in 99 out of 100 cases. This team is worlds better than last season - and last season's first half was worlds better than it's second so...
What are you talking about? They lost against Barcelona and Leverkusen (cup) and could not win against Leverkusen, Frankfurt and Dortmund in the league (both games against Leverkusen at home). The rest weren't real challenges. He hasn't proven anything yet. They were 9 points ahead on matchday 11 and now on matchday 14 it't only 4 points. And they haven't played Leipzig and Leverkusen in the league yet.
They've already played all their tough games except for Leipzig, I don't know what you're talking about, and most of those losses have been more of "individual mistakes and bozo moments" rather than a systematic or tactical problem The Leverkusen game is a perfect example, in their first league game, Bayern dominated in both possession, shots, shots on target and XG, yet only came away with a 1:1 draw, that's because pretty much Leverkusen's ONLY shot throughout the game ended up being a goal, and Gnabry and Davies were missing sitter after sitter after sitter Frankfurt game, frankfurt had FIVE shots to Bayern's 24, with 3 on target to Bayern's 14, yet Frankfurt got away with a 3:3 draw scoring every single goal on target, and forgot to mention, Frankfurt's GK made 11 saves Dortmund away, Bayern were average for the first half, but then absolutely dominated the 2nd half and were basically without a real No.9 striker because kane got injured and should have scored more and won if Sane and Muller didn't miss sitter after sitter And for the Leverkusen cup game, it was a stupid Manuel Neuer mistake very early in the game that got him sent off and basically forced Bayern to play with ten men for 80 minutes, and I don't know about you, but that is way too long in the match to be down a man and still win, and bayern only lost that 1:0and arguably were still the better team even with being down to ten men Not to mention, we have like 6-7 starters injured rn as well So in general, Bayern's two main problems this season is, Neuer is not the same Gk he once was and is conceding every single shot that goes on target, and if Kane and Musiala get isolated, none of our other players are scoring, because they keep missing 1 Vs 1's and Big chances This has nothing to do with Bayern not being good tactically or not being proven
Let’s be real he’s winning a race with a Ferrari against Astras and Polos. Bayern dwarf the other teams, wages, transfers and everything else. You can win the league with Bayern even having a bad year. It’s been terrible for their leagues image, and has probably cost them potential billions from people not bothering to watch because Bayern win it every year… hopefully Bayer L can come back and win the league again
Sorry to shatter your dream world but Leverkusen is back to their level, they are one season wonders and won't win the league. Also the Ferrari against Astras comparison really exposes how you probably aren't even watching Bundesliga, Leverkusen has a multi billionaire chemical company funneling them with money, Dortmund could have also won the 2022-23 season if they weren't bottlers.
"back to their level" and "multi-billionaire funneling" makes me see that you lost the plot.. we all know the standard of Bayern Munchen and really most other teams can't compare to the quality and prestige of the German giants@@DanielHK9
There's some truth here but i gotta disagree on the "Can win the league with Bayern even having a bad year" in the past 11-12 years we've won it everytime but once, sure. However many times it's been alot closer than people present it to be, while yes there's been years when we were so dominant no other club had anything to say there's been just as many years where we've won the league by very thin points. Not to mention how 2 years ago Musiala won us the Bundesliga with a last minute goal which would've ended the streak earlier if it wasn't for that. And yeah sure we do have far superior finances and club management but that's just because we never made any blunders in our history, it's not like a saudi injected us with money we built what we got your point stands but equally as much, any other team could have had the same finances ect if they did what we did
Sane looks like a perfect Spurs player. He’s consistently inconsistent. If he has a good day, he is nigh unstoppable, and if he has a bad day, he is nigh unwatchable. Really, Ange should think about signing him.
I called it. I knew he would be a top coach at a top club. He played the way he played with Burnley because he believed in the philosophy and was thinking big picture (not about Burnley, for his career at a big club)
I don't watch Bundesliga but as a neutral football fan, it seems to me that Bayern wins every other year or every year from 2012-2023. Tuchel just happen to manage in a year that Leverkusen played extremely well. You can put, say, Sean Dyche (Everton's current manager and no disrespect), and chance are that he will 'manage' them to the Bundesliga champion.
I always wait till the next season to see how good a coach is. Bayern is reacting to last seasons standards. So we'll have to see after everyone knows what to expect from cpt viny
Vincent Kompany has done a great job so far over all, however there have also already been several questionable decisions from his side. For example, I don't understand why he insists on keeping Kimmich in the centre and why they let him keep taking every free kick and corner. In my opinion, Bayern would be straight up better with Kimich as inverse right back (think TAA for Liverpool) and Laimer in the centre as just a workhorse, as someone who just keeps chasing the ball and the opponent, if needs be even into the dressing room. Kompany has also been rather poor at giving young players (except for Pavlovic) game time. Even now with Kane injured he won't start Tel, which is absolutely mind boggling. Bayern still haven't addressed the fundamental issues they have in their squad. They have way too many players commanding waaaay too much money for too little performance (Goretzke, Neuer, Coman, Gnabry, Sane). Speaking of whom, I truly think his Man City performances were outliers. Sane is just not that good. He's a fair-weather player, who is completely invisible as soon as the going gets tough.

You know you like a channel when u like the video before you've even pressed play! ❤️😀🇿🇦
Seeing you makes me smile :D
Thanks for covering the Bundesliga
Love your Videos
Last season around this time of year Leverkusen inspired me to venture out of the PL and into the Bundesliga and I’m glad I did. Other than Bayer, Leipzig has been really entertaining to watch with Antonio Nusa being one of my favourite up and coming players.
Saying Aston Villa destroyed Bayern is crazy if you saw the game
love your videos mate
10% gang is proud but when do we get our Klopp at RB Video
1billion without big Investor is crazy. Also crazy that the wirst season in the last years after 14 matchdays ended in a sextuple
How does one become a member? Will you do a patreon instead? What is included in this 🤔. I like your take on ball so would love to talk more about it too
I hope Bayern gets rid of Kim and Upa, every game fans are in Panic because of them xD
2:27 hey that‘s me!
Bro let's hope you will find happiness like bayarn always come back to top.
Maybe Americans will be able to do the same one day.
my bane is watching bayern game highlights and it's just sane missing chance after chance
Hot take: Bayern and kane will again finish the season without any trophy. His curse is just too strong😁
Thinking about it again, it may be not really a hot take🫣
They're going to lose to Leipzig and probably go tropyless
Love your videos.
Mir gehts gut, Danke!!
you gotta realize that outside of bayern NOONE in germany wants munich to win
Nice cameo in your own video
10% Army!
Yessss Bayern vid 💪🏻
Imagine a interview skills seminar by Vincent kompany. I will be there
part of the 10%. Honestly, as a non-Bayern fan, I keep wondering how Sanés finishing managed to get even worse....
They've already played all their tough games except for Leipzig, I don't know what you're talking about, and most of those losses have been more of "individual mistakes and bozo moments" rather than a systematic or tactical problem
The Leverkusen game is a perfect example, in their first league game, Bayern dominated in both possession, shots, shots on target and XG, yet only came away with a 1:1 draw, that's because pretty much Leverkusen's ONLY shot throughout the game ended up being a goal, and Gnabry and Davies were missing sitter after sitter after sitter
Frankfurt game, frankfurt had FIVE shots to Bayern's 24, with 3 on target to Bayern's 14, yet Frankfurt got away with a 3:3 draw scoring every single goal on target, and forgot to mention, Frankfurt's GK made 11 saves
Dortmund away, Bayern were average for the first half, but then absolutely dominated the 2nd half and were basically without a real No.9 striker because kane got injured and should have scored more and won if Sane and Muller didn't miss sitter after sitter
And for the Leverkusen cup game, it was a stupid Manuel Neuer mistake very early in the game that got him sent off and basically forced Bayern to play with ten men for 80 minutes, and I don't know about you, but that is way too long in the match to be down a man and still win, and bayern only lost that 1:0and arguably were still the better team even with being down to ten men
Not to mention, we have like 6-7 starters injured rn as well
So in general, Bayern's two main problems this season is, Neuer is not the same Gk he once was and is conceding every single shot that goes on target, and if Kane and Musiala get isolated, none of our other players are scoring, because they keep missing 1 Vs 1's and Big chances
This has nothing to do with Bayern not being good tactically or not being proven
"Winning"
There's some truth here but i gotta disagree on the "Can win the league with Bayern even having a bad year"
in the past 11-12 years we've won it everytime but once, sure.
And yeah sure we do have far superior finances and club management but that's just because we never made any blunders in our history, it's not like a saudi injected us with money we built what we got
your point stands but equally as much, any other team could have had the same finances ect if they did what we did
Tuchel basically went trophyless with almost the same team
10%er here
Comment is just for the algorithm
Keep it up homie
Eyyy!
a video on nottingham forest would be classy
Es geht gut, danke
Kompany had a reputation of being very smart while he was at City. I'm not surprised
Sane looks like a perfect Spurs player. He’s consistently inconsistent. If he has a good day, he is nigh unstoppable, and if he has a bad day, he is nigh unwatchable. Really, Ange should think about signing him.
Kompany has brought back the Bayern consistency but he seems to be getting outcoached in the biggest games. AV, Barca, Dortmund, and Leverkusen
Not even a Dortmund fan but to this days it still haunts me how they lost the league on the last day
"Only way Harry Kane gets a trophy is by buying one"
"-Somebody say Bayern?"
"No Harry. ...Harry? HARRY COME BACK"
The reason Frankfurt is where they are right now is called Omar Marmoush,.
First or sixth, the fact that he was on Bayern's list was incredible...
German fan here 🫡
I always wait till the next season to see how good a coach is. Bayern is reacting to last seasons standards. So we'll have to see after everyone knows what to expect from cpt viny
THE BEARD IS COMING
Harry kane should have made the top 4 for the ballon d'or
Vincent Kompany has done a great job so far over all, however there have also already been several questionable decisions from his side.
