Wish you would review old cars for a "side hustle".
The current crop of reviewers seem to have had all personality surgically removed and there's far too much reverence for really awful cars.
MK2 Escort, any French or Italian vehicle from the 1980's, first generation Seat (before VW) or anything which has too much (undeserved) respect.

Cling film on hand: an explanation: I had a tattoo touched up just before filming the in-car stuff. I know it looks weird. Sorry. Mark. :-D

Odd that you only have 35 thousand subscribers when Matt at Carwow, who isn’t nearly as entertaining has millions. Maybe the brummie accent is easier on the American ear than the geordie accent?
Like the undiscovered RUclips talent Chris Harris back in 2015, you’ll have your day soon enough. Did they offer you the top gear job Mark?

A lot of money for an unreliable VW. Glad you got rid of the usual 'tosser' review stuff early doors and did your usual good job of telling it like it is.

Very girthy wheelbase. Very sad about how terrible this V6 sounds and how much it plows when turning. Stop me if you heard this before. Audi is for those that can't drive but want to make it appear they can.

I can't think of anything to say really, other than this is yet another entertaining review and half of the people subscribed to Carwow should be here too. I don't know why they aren't. So I thought I'd say that. 😀

Have Audi been really generous adding two whole doors for free? Or have they charged a bit extra for the coupe? Audi and generous go together like, err, ice cream and spanners?

1st or 2nd for me (not that I’ll ever be in that market) but I have got its less well endowed, heavy smoking brother parked on my drive...
Not keen on the Merc (just too Xbox), the Alfa would eventually rattle itself to bits and the Bimmer, as good as it is, is also last generation with a new one around the corner

E W Because most people would prefer not to drive a can of shite, and feel like slitting their wrists every time they drive.
Part worn tyres should be made illegal, it’s an absolute joke that people don’t have any concern about safety... my tight-arse uncle bought taxi tyres for my niece’s A1. Two weeks later she slammed into the back of a Lexus 4x4 at 40mph, and ended up with a fractured kneecap and a herniated disc.
I’d rather not have my life risked by people who buy sub-standard cars and car parts, thanks.

    • @bonzobanana1

Yes if its anything like the Audi R8 it will be incredibly unreliable and constantly being repaired.
      www.reliabilityindex.com/reliability/search/21
It will depreciate rapidly and probably be scrapped in only a few years when the value of the car is less than the cost of repairs. A great showcase for technology though but low grade engineering because they can't make them well enough to keep working. Ultimately junk for those who have a large amount of disposable income and do actually dispose of it.
