Great review. I come from a 2014 S5, and was on the market for a "newer" Audi. Checked out the 2021 - 2023 A5's and some S5's. The A is a great place to be for the every day driver. More than enough power and looks. Boy does it look good. The interior is very nice and just an overall great experience. I chose a 2022 S5 because I wanted the little additions and well the more dynamic ride while still keeping it a great daily driver. Really is a great car from Audi.

@@sunshadow9704 Its all down to what you are looking for and how far you want to go. I have had quite a few brands and friends with many more. I can only speak to my realm really and in the end ALL cars have ups and downs, some more than others. I personally have had little to no issues with my past 2 Audi's and with reliability and were no different thank my Acura for comparison. Others I know similar results. Now, I cant speak to certain dealerships, but I have frequented two most of my time and from the people I have dealt with I would say 3 of the 5 usually have had some type of Audi. But just cause you work there doesn't mean you have to have the car. This also goes down to the interpretation of the Brand based on marketing and "peoples" assumptions. All these brands are "similar" just depends on what you are looking for. BMW is seen more of a sporty brand for example while Audi tends to be more subtle and a great overall brand for luxury and performance. I went more towards Audi, because I have seen less and know of less issues with them compared to BMW or Mercs. That's just preference based on experience. As with any car purchase, I would weigh the options based on what type of car you are looking for and for what in the end, then you can dig deeper into the models, engines and packages to get a better idea. If you are able to get objective based information and reviews thats the way to go.
@sunshadow9704 ok so he's the explanation: in Europe audis are more popular and bmws are also popular but trust me on this one man but the people who drive bmws are the worst not only at driving but also delusional and disgusting and got hit by a bmw driver not long ago anyway bmws also are of course known to be unreliable and parts costing a fortune to replace. I've been in alot of bmws and each one had very creaking and cheap quality interior and I've been in premium bmws and also m3 cs and m4 comp and they had very bad quality interior compared audis and mercedes. Also apart from bmw drivers being super super toxic and piles of shit and not knowing how to drive the car in the handling aspect is not good. I've driven the m3 and m4 on the nurburing and they have WAY too much oversteer and it was on semi slick tyres. So basically you want to go around a corner but you initiate a drift and spin out. I didn't spin out because I know what to do to stop it but it makes the car really dangerous. Also the xDrive 4wd system is not good at all. It is by far the worst 4wd/awd system there is. And when doing a drag race in an m3 on good sports tyres that were warm the cars tyres were spinning out at 180 km/h which if you don't know is very dangerous. Also when hitting the brakes really hard the car was VERY hard to control and I've never experienced that in any other car. Audi has the best awd system in the world (quattro) you can look at awd tests if you don't believe me. Every single audi engine is very tunable and reliable. I've owned many audis and only worked on them myself. Had a quite old audi rs5 with the v8 and it had about 250000 miles. Never had a engine problem and I done stage 3 tuning. Now I have a rs3 2024 stage 2 as my daily and I have a 2015 nissan gtr stage 3 so I have a good comparison to handling because the gtr is probably the best handling car in the world for its price and the rs3 feels soo nimble and good compared to nissan gtr because the gtr is stiffer but I also have racing coilovers and so on but I knew how it felt stock. Also the gtr has a extremely good awd system. I plan on getting a new rs6 soon. If you want a truly good car then get an audi. Oh yeah and the rs3 4 door is so good that it beat a bmw m2 CS 2 door which costs about 90k dollars or 100k and the audi rs3 costs 63k the audi was 7.5 seconds faster on the nurburing than the m2 cs which is meant to be bmws basically best performing car. And 7.5 sec faster lap time is huge if you didn't know. You can check on the Internet just type nurburing lap time m2 cs. bmw drivers are truly special in a bad way of course and bmw drivers are just born that way. And every single crash I see is a bmw and bmw at fault just not long ago there were horrible crashes that happend nearby me. Also I don't know if I said but audi quality is one of the best. Sorry for the long write I just tried to explain well.

It's me again. Just wanted to say that that is utter garbage. I've dailied rs cars for years and I done stage 2 and 3 tunings to them so that greatly decreases reliability and I've never ever had an engine problem but I'm also a mechanic so I work in my garden on my cars. I have a friend with 2020 rs6 stage 4 (about 1000hp) with alot of kilometres by now and he never had problem. All audi a lineups like a4 for example or a7 have good engines with cheap maintenance. If you can do maintenance to cars audi won't let you down. Although my buddy had a 2022 q8 and the alternator broke costing about 2k dollars. Maybe new audis can have potential electrical problems 🤔 I've never experienced that though. Anyway the a lineup for audi not only reliable efficient engines but also very tunable. I've seem videos taking the a5 for example to safe 400 hp for 650 dollar tuning which is crazy because per horsepower you expect to pay way more but this turns out super cheap. Depends on what engine though.
