The foam core box would be stronger if it was constructed like you would construct a wood box, I.e, going around the back, slide each piece so it is flush with one edge of the back and overhangs the other edge.
The next piece will fit in the overhang and thereby be flush with that edge and overhang the next edge, etc.
You can also insert straight pins into the connection, but isnt really needed for this.
Amazing!!! I'm in love w your channel! Do you ever do mermaid themes on your pieces?
+Jan Reichard Thanks! Yes, I do. There are several tutorials for mermaid pieces on my blog. There are many more tutorials on my blog that on RUclips. Unfortunately I don't always have time to film everything. Here is the link to the mermaid stuff. artfullymusing.blogspot.com/search/label/Mermaids

Hello I've resently saw this and like to make my own box. I couldn't fine measurements in your blog
If you want to make your own box you need to make the interior slightly larger than the art you want to hang in it. For example, if you are going to hang ATCs you would want it about 3" deep inside as ATCs are 2.5" wide and probably about 4.5" tall inside to accommodate both the height of the ATC and room for a rod. If you are hanging tags it would need to be taller. If you want two stacked rods then double the measurements and add 1" more to the height so that you have enough separation between the two hanging areas. The width just depends on how much stuff you want to hang.
so the set on alpha stamps is not the same one? The steampunk set of chipboard I what I refer to, ty kindly
It is a much smaller version but it is the same shape.
Where do you find the Mini picture frames you put on the inside of the door? What brand are they?
They are made by Prima and they are resin. I don't know if you can find the exact ones I used as this was made years ago and Prima is constantly changing what they make. They do carry mini resin frames from time to time which you would find online or in Scrapbook Stores and you might find the old ones Etsy or Ebay. Like here www.etsy.com/listing/232084523/prima-rectangle-round-square-oval-frames?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=prima%20resin%20frames&ref=sr_gallery_4
Thanks; I found some on ebay last week and ordered. No scrapbook stores near me anymore. They used to be all over, but they've all phased out! I miss them. :(
