I am currently performing TPM role and attended this video for self validation. One thing I am missing in this session is how "technically" you are able to perform this role. There are situation where client expects TPM to understand their business model, architecture and comment on issues/demand/requirement which they might need leadership attention and in such case end to end landscape and architecture, provide solution towards modernization, optimization etc. Its not that I need to actually deliver that but during program level discussions I must be acquainted about everything on system. This is key to being TPM apart from being regular program manager. Cross Functional Business and application stakeholders Management, Solution Design and Innovation will be on top of responsibilities of TPM. He did covered all topics and really liked this video.
