Great depiction of the consequences of putting others before yourself by restraining from truly expressing your feelings. You lose your sense of self over time, and people will take advantage of how easily you comply with them. They could possibly exploit you for personal gain. No one notices how you've changed cause they've been so used to the one set of emotions being expressed, and changing a strong image like that is difficult to come out of.
The thought behind this film is so deep. We should never put up a front to protect ourselves. We must be ourselves and find people who love us for being who we are. That's how we'll find happiness.

This spoke volumes to me as I myself am always smiling and try to please others, this was a very good short and I liked the message.
