Fucking Canada in a nutshell 🍻
you could both earn some serious cash voicing characters in Family Guy.
Auke HAHA that would be amazing! i wish it could happen
Lol but thats true
lmao
I've watched around 8 longboard videos today while trying to learn how to longboard and trying to figure out what kind to get, and this one was definitely my favorite!! Oh my goodness. I laughed so hard!
glad to hear it!
The way he played off awkwardly hitting that tree lol
At first I'm like these kids suck, but I gave it a few more min, then I'm like they're pretty entertaining, so... upvote, good job.
Thank you
this is youtube, where people will point out the obvious in popular threads in order to leach what little attention they can in life from the bored masses
What is a string of comments but a thread? Or is that too much cohesion for youtube? ADD level, needs to be kept at a maximum!?
I need that legendary woody
No collection is complete without a three foot long woody ;)
Same dood
COUGHS (watshesaid) cough cough.......cough

wtf who dares to downvote this? Long time i´ve seen guys having so much fun doing a video. Keep up the good work.
I will buy the Woody and that sector 9 pintail.
these cats need their own show....good basic review though.
Ah! I love this wy'd yall stop posting? The humor here is perfect!

MUSICK_SKELE ikr
MUSICK_SKELE I just have a plain old skateboard 😕 I don't belong here 😭😭
Guys! Brilliant! As one looking to start longboarding your video was the best explaining I've found so far. (And the funniest!) 🤙🏻
Glad to hear it! I hope you enjoy longboarding
This is the most Canadian thing I've ever seen
Glad to hear that!

CanadianBoardCrew yeah your last post was 4 years ago
you guys are really funny, ^^ Nice and helpfull video :3
that video was actually helpful thanks. and the guy in the orange tank top is hilarious 😂😂😂
Thanks bro!
they both have the same exact tank tops...........
That’s my boyfriend
I laughed out loud (more than once) and learned something. Thanks!
Glad to hear it!
This was so great hahahaha
Made me lmao and I learned. Great video.😂
thanks!
You guys are funny and you help me a lot thanks
I love Canadians and love longboarding, combine my two fave things in a how to slide video please and thank you! I currently enjoy dancing and carving as I am a novice in the trick department :-)
Alita Leavitt do you want to stand up or glove down slide? cause we already have a toeside standy video
CanadianBoardCrew I know how to execute a standing slide in either direction and recently purchased a more flexible drop thru with carving trucks. Since I'm short & don't have a lot of weight to throw around, I have been really getting into the carving and surf style movements... So glove slide please :)
I really dont know what to think it was cringey but i think it was purposefully so, i found it useful aswell and some may find it funny, keep up the good work, sending support from enland
Your characters are so lovable hahaha this video is odd funny and helpful at the same time
Belkacem Bouthayna thank you!

Glad to hear that ! :)
Original for life!
Thanks for the info u both educated me in skateboard very well.safe riding.
This video is so awesome
My fiancé has a Stella Longboard. I just bought my first longboard it’s a San Clemente Longboard 39” Tribal Double Drop Complete Set from a skate shop online based in Bristol, PA called Barking Spyder Pro Shop. I originally ordered that longboard from Zumiez but they suggested I cancelled my order since they said the longboard I ordered was a pre-sell item and they didn’t have it in stock also, they didn’t know when it would be back in stock.
I love the "woody" board
i would love to have that homemade woodie. Always wanted a board for everything
The board is so good. It's in a class of its own
I love this so much
Glad to hear that!
why do i love this so much
Why does this video have so many dislikes this is pretty cool it's very funny.😂
This was so amazing!! Thank you!

I love this video, you guys are funny I can with u . did u edit this vid with IMovie App. did a great job!
I just ordered one and now I’m really nervous about the size because I ride with my friends and borrow their boards and I should have done more research on sizing because of my height
At first I thought they were just ur everyday spoiled kid but into the video these guys r great
Cringey AF
Stay Frosty True 😂 it was informative but cringe inducing...specially the intro. Just by the way they talked I thought that one of 'em was gonna bust out a "Cawabunga, dude" or somethin 😂
@@pandamilkshake Dang, missed a prime opportunity there
Is a landyachtz top speed 36 inch with bear grizzly trucks venom bushings and cult classic wheels good for downhill
+Daniel Foor Thats a great board for downhill and the trucks are decent too, especially if you flip the hangar. Those wheels aren't good for downhill, they are better for sliding and freeride. maybe go with a monster hawg or a centrax if you want to do downhill or racing
That quote using it for the tea to my life lol
I think the longboard I made myself feels better than any commercial board i've tried. Also i can put a design on the top of my board so people can see the design
.
what wood did you use? im making one out of baltic birch right now
i used a type of plywood that is really nice
the guy in the orange shirt reminded me of the guy in alien in the attic movie who was controlled by the aliens...(that was my favorite movie as a kid)
oh he so does!
really like the orange tank guy!
Thank you, he appreciates it!
This so soooo funny😂😂😂
my question is that I'm new to longboarding and i was wondering which one i should use for riding around the sidewalks with my friends and just cruising around
A drop thru is generally better for just riding around because it takes less effort to push, although there is a higher chance of scratching the graphic on the bottom because it's closer to the ground. That doesn't affect the board in any way though. I would go for a drop thru
This is awesome. You guys are hilarious. Hey what kind do I get for just cruising along the beach?
+D.Allen there's two board styles i would recommend, either a drop deck or a pintail. A drop deck will be way more comfortable to push and cruise, but theres a good chance you'll bottom out at some point. Pintails are more for people who care about style, but they take more effort to push with. It really comes down to personal preference. I would recommend going to a board shop and standing on a few deck to see which you like the most.
+CanadianBoardCrew ok cool, great info. Thanks
you guys are funny I like
Orange-shirt does both the best and worst impression of Troy McClure at the same time.
Feels so amateur, but it's helpful. Thx guyz
Thank you so much, you guys have a Dutch fan haha. Do you think the riviera Mayan myth drop thru is a good board for me?
Nee
This is hilarious
Thanks it really helped me
Do you guys know if you can make a drop thru out of an existing top mounted board?
I wouldn’t recommend it, because there wouldn’t be much board left to stand on. You’d need to remove too much length for the wheel cutouts. Unless you plan on using some really long pintail
But sure it’s possible lol
@@CanadianBoardCrew thank you😁
I'm buying a longboard tomorrow and I want to know if a pintail will be good for me all I wanna do is cruise around the neighborhood and go on adventures
If that is what you want, go for it. For cruising you can't go wrong with a pintail. They are more comfortable to ride if the deck is more flexible. And I wouldn't suggest getting one over 46 inches long.
Or if you're a shorter person, don't get one over 44 inches long
Really helpful thanks! Completley new to longboarding, I've had a cruiser for a few months which I use from time to time, and I've recently discovered longboard dancing and it's far too difficult on the board I currently have...
dancing takes crazy balance! That's sick that you want to do it!
Yeah I'll see how I go haha, thanks!
pretty helpful, thanks
I'm a big fan of jelly boards. What do you guys think of them?
never heard of them
this is awesome vid! :D i wonder where the dislikes come from
idk lol. once it got a few, they just kept coming. like the worse the ratio gets, the more people will dislike it
spacerobot probably because of the guy in the orange tank top.
Some people just need to feel cool so bad, they can't accept certain types of humor
After they showed the Woody my dumbass thought "but it doesn't even have griptape. That must be a special kind then"
lmao yup
I want to make long trips on high speed, I also wanna make quick rides betwees my houses and rides to school etc. What board do y'all advise? I am not a really good boarder. this will be the first board i'll buy. Maybe a drop through? or...
A drop thru would be a good choice. Since they usually have long wheel bases it will be more stable at higher speeds and due to the deck being lower you will find it easier to push and stay balanced. If you want to go fast/ travel for long distances it is really important to get abec 7 rated bearings. They will make your wheels spin better. I would also recommend a wheel with a diameter above 70mm. I hope this helps :)
CanadianBoardCrew abec dosent mean anything
luke byfield the number after it does. its a rating of how smooth it rolls. the abec rating means a lot bro
yeah but if you actually do engineering abec is not a real term its just something made up for skateboarding so that they can sell bearings
CanadianBoardCrew The Abec rating is a rating pertaining to the quality of the CNC machining used in the making of the bearing components, it does NOT equal speed. Just for example I have Abec 5 grease balls that roll faster than a set of my Abec 7 bearings. If you really want to get bearings that are worth while and have amazing speed go with Zealous bearings.
What size long board should a 12 year old shortish person get?
Brickbuilder 777 That fully depends on what you want to use it for. If you're just cruising, generally longer boards, 38+ inches are the most comfortable. If you want to do some free riding you might want one below 38 so it's easier to kick out
Ok thanks man
Many moons ago, when I was but a lad, I had a skateboard. It had tiny wheels, which was the style. I said it should have larger wheels, to roll down the road easier, and a longer deck, for stability.. And of course I was told how silly that idea was, how could I do any tricks?! 25 years later, I see these skateboards that are 40 inches long with 80 mm wheels, and I find myself vindicated. I've ordered one myself, a Rimable 41 inch drop-deck. What say you, longboarding public? Opinions on a drop-deck longboard for a guy who has actual children of his own, even a wife, all of whom will point out that I shouldn't have a skateboard?
Thank you so much, you guys have a Dutch fan haha. Do you think the riviera Mayan myth drop through is a good board for me? Or do you think you know a better board? I don't wanna have a board that costs much more than the Mayan myth
That board could be good. If you're going fast you'll generally want a stiff deck. I would recommend checking out the original freeride 41. Your best option is to go to a board shop and stand on a few decks to find out which one you find the most comfortable and best.
Dude bro dude yeah
I VOTE #TEAMDROPTHRU
Everything is great guys, except the audio. Maybe try to buy better mic and get better audio. Plus audience likes video with good audio, not like some random talking in to the phone mic.
Great job. And thank you!
These guys should be in American Pie
The white guy gives off a Stiffler vibe eh?
Yeah
This was hilarious
is it just me, or does that guy with yellow hair sound kinda like the terminator? hey arnold^^
He looks like Arnold. 7x mr. O.
this video is fucking hilarious help me
whats up guys, Scarce here
Its top mount time "throws the board"
Where did you get those boards? I also live in Canada
You can probably find similar decks at your local board shop.
We got ours from Royal Board Shop, but they’re no longer around

Thank you for the support!!!
CanadianBoardCrew Nice idea with the legendary woody. I made my grandpa carve and make me one ! (:
Kay. So I've never tried a longboard in my life. I'm a super noob to this all and I've tried to ripstick on three occasions and I've fallen. BUT, I reeeeeaaaaally want to learn how to longboard so I can get from point A to point B. I don't understand half of the jargon y'all used but I don't intend to learn tricks or anything. What do you guys recommend?
For just commuting nearly any longboard will work. Since you won't be going crazy fast you should get one with a little bit of flex in the deck (so it can bend). That makes it more comfortable to ride. I can't say what's best for you since you're not sure what you want. Are there any more details you could give me?
+Gari Chutney
You should get a nice cruiser like a sector 9 sidewinder cuz it's cheap and nice for cruising but any cruiser will be fine(you can always go to your local skate shop and ask them for a nice cruiser that's their job)
I'm a beginner rider, looking just for a board to cruise with. I'm not sure I guess if length matters, I know for snowboarding which I do, it does. But I've been thinking about getting a pintail, I just don't want it to be terribly long. Any advice.
Madison Streigle length for cruising does matter. a longer board will not be able to turn as sharp or as quick. if you want a pintail style board that isnt overly long i would suggest; the Arbor fish 38, landyachtz Totem or the original pintail 40
I want to to cruise but I also want to go down hill sometimes and slide, what board do you recommend me getting
Don't get shark wheels! As far as decks go, u would recommend a top mount that is 36 inches less. That will make learning to slide easier and maintain some cruising comfort
Dang yall funny. Can you guys make a video of 100mm wheels? I want to see how good the wheels are for cracky roads!!!!
What board would you get to go around sharp turns?
nearly anything would work as long as the wheel base isnt too long. Anything over 40 inches is a no-no. Ideally 36 inches or under would be good, if you want to do sharp turns. The trucks also matter as well. the higher the degree on the baseplate, the more you'll be able to turn.
I'm planning to buy a longboard for dancing can you suggest me which one should I buy. my budget is 100 to 120 pounds.
Admittedly, I don't know a whole lot about dancing. But i do know that a relatively long deck is ideal, more than 40 inches. A somewhat flexible deck that almost feels bouncy should be good too. Sorry for not being much help.
Lololol the intro 😆 nice video
I have the pin tail longboard :/
Help me pls what is the Good Longboard Race?
Where can I get the woody!.,?
Woody looks like Planks brother from Ed, Edd, and Eddy
