Interesting content made difficult with poor audio quality. I am 76 and walk 5-15 miles almost every day, and feel better than I did at 60. Don't take it easy - take it hard! And keep big pharma out of it!

Very poor audio quality, (normal audio would suddenly vacillate to barely audible sound) for Lyndon Joseph's presentation which was unfortunate since topic very important to quality of life for elder population.

Will anyone ever talk about the importance of sleeping to repair the body? I haven't slept well for over a decade. I rarely have much energy. Wherever I force myself to do exercises using body weight and bands, it takes me over a week to recover from one set of the exercise I choose to do, going to muscle failer with each exercise. Would someone please do a video on exercise and sleep.
