✨I love what your finding out but what can we do about the mass poisoning that is happening world wide in our food, water and air?? The chem-trails, industrial fluoride and chlorine in most of our water, Mercury lead in our oceans poisoning the fish & sea weeds which we then eat and absorb. Lately chickens suddenly stopped laying eggs last Sept here in the East coast of the USA. Local farmers affected quickly figured had one common denominator was the chicken feed sold by Purina made by Land O Lakes. They switched to local small feed producers and within days the chickens started laying eggs again. Even if you bought organic eggs the poisoning in the food causing the chickens sterility would pass to humans. They must have accidently used too much poison causing the chickens sterility. No wonder young people have to get artificially inseminated to produce children like never before. These poisons hidden in our food. FDA is useless!! It’s evil and scary what is happening and all on purpose causing human sickness and death.

Will anyone ever talk about the importance of sleeping to repair the body? I haven't slept well for over a decade. I rarely have much energy. Wherever I force myself to do exercises using body weight and bands, it takes me over a week to recover from one set of the exercise I choose to do, going to muscle failer with each exercise. Would someone please do a video on exercise and sleep.

SAD but true,, The Standard American Diet can be used to cripple, sicken, and ruin people's lives, and make the last 30 years of one's life miserable in suffering from neuropathy, pain, amputations, blindness, nephropathy, obesity, loneliness, etc. But NOW we can EXTEND the misery and suffering of these folks, that's right, extend the pathetic lives of people who would rather die than live another day. but if you want a loved one to suffer more, or if you want to suffer longer, use this (insert drug here), may cause some side affects, : (insert list here). The W.H.O. knows the answer, but the won't let 'Big Pharma", or 'Big Farma' down, they will feed you shit, keep you sick, and extend your life for their profit (sadistic pricks).

So before u drop your ignorant comments here do some research, you may end up saying thank you to pharmaceutical companies like big pharma. There is this incredibly stupid notion that companies like Big Pharma along with governments are trying to kill you, no they dont. every time you get sick the government has to spend money for your ass ( IN UK ), also most of the common disease are considered metabolic diseases, witch means that is your own habits that get you sick, lack of exercise, poor diet, alcohol , drugs and other factors.

It took me 4wks reducing by 500mg/wk. to get off it. I no longer take it. My neuropathy in my feet resolved. It disappeared! I had diarrhoea when I least expected it.
