@@kiritsu551 It isn't that manageable at full power especially when he starts soul screaming at 1/3rd of his health. The only ways to survive this boss fight is to abuse dodge with dodger's ring (or Royal Thief's passive) + Third Eye, or hope for Omni-Counter/Magic Counter repels, or farm for the repel accessories, or just OTK him with a STR build and Sublime Spoonfuls.
This is one of the worst boss designs ever His second phase is a nightmare, the moment he has 1/3 health left bro goes 9 times and I can barely heal all of that damage leaving me stun locked and eventually dying edit: finally beat it on NORMAL which is what I was struggling on, Im convinced the only way to do this is to dodge scum with heismay using that one accessory that removes all his turns
@TheXDGuy I severely doubt you first tried him 🙄 Only way to do it is with dodgers ring, game doesn’t tell you you need this specific item same thing with the ice dragon, doesn’t tell you you need a magic repel nullification skill to even have a chance at beating it Requiring a specific skill or item is awful boss design
@TheXDGuy because the game requires me to use this item like I’m supposed to know that, with so many archetypes and accessories players are not always gonna be running the same build. A good boss should have multiple ways to defeat it not 1 simple gimmick like dodge scumming with heismay

Man, this MF is hard even after I grinded for hours to lvl 99 the whole party and archetypes.
