It's because you're using null/repel equipment.

Honestly, the only thing I did was just use, reflect elemental and make him weak to fire so when he does, his desperation move, he literally ends the fight himself

@@CSw321 You can use Null equipment. My hero had Null Fire when I was able to beat him. It's Repel/Absorb that will get you killed.
