Hey man, loved this video literally took notes haha. I have a 99 mercury cougar v6 and in the very early stages of a massive build hopefully. Throttle bodies and fast road cams seem to be good options on most of these depending on the year. Changing the map will help a little but won't do much on a stock engine. I'll be covering the Zetec and Duratec engines in more detail very soon so keep an eye out for them. I'm just sifting through all the bad advice out there.
