Go get Xrays. Go se a Chiropractor or do some sort of physical therapy. That’s what I had to do because I messed up my back and I was moving like Robocop. Thank God my pain level went from a 7 to 1 in less than a week. Take care

I've had a few neck injuries from power lifting (with poor form like an idiot, I might add) but it was suuuuper shitty sleeping for me. Cool amp and excellent playing as always.

Ever thought about making an album with all your gear demo songs and putting it up here on YT and other places kinda like Rabea Massaad did? Would be really nice to have them all in one place for easy listening. I go back to your gear demo vids to listen to them fairly often because they're really quite good.

kind of reminds me of what it would sound like if Vox made a high gain modern voiced amp. Sounds like it has great note definition and clarity even even the gain cracked high and its almost got that high end sparkle you'd get out of the AC top boost input.

When you pegged that depth knob...I was like like o fuck....This amp is amazing!
I just ordered this amp....😊. Threw some Tung Sol 12ax7s in the preamp, waayy better than stock. It got rid of the fuzz. It is fuzzier than it sounds in the demos FYI.

Yeah I just downloaded the trial for Super Duper, and although I'm sure the real thing is better, it's one of the best sims I've ever heard. And it was painless to dial in a good tone.

Depth 10/10 every damn time with that damn amp. I've got the sim of it and I don't think I've ever ventured anywhere south of 8/10 Depth.
Lovely review John :D You're probably my main guy when it comes to reviews as you're always ticking all the boxes I'm interested in.
Didn't quite see a difference between channel 1 and 2. I guess it could've been a 1 channel amp and that would've been sufficient, for me. Really loved the 'depth' control as it changed the sound in a really thick-pleasant way.
Was a bit of a surprise that the amp didn't like the Grind. Maybe you should've boosted the bass to max and add a little bit more gain in order to make it work (but then again, it would've been pointless as the amp is already quite tight on its own)
I also must say that this is probably the best looking Mayones in their whole range. This and the other green signature you have.
Also, I gotta love the pickups. The clarity when playing huge-ass chords is amazing.
One question though: were you using the Key input from the Zuul in the FX Loop of the amp? It might've helped when you were on higher gain settings (as that 'gain' static sound would've disappeared, when the guitar's volume is on 0). Again, I might be wrong, as I'm not that familiar with the Zuul but I think it could work that way.
Also, don't you think we didn't notice the tuning label on the guitar's headstock :D
Overall, amp is killer. Some might say it's a sort of a one trick pony, but if that's the thing you're after, it's more than enough. I'd totally get it, if I had a place where I could crank them amplifiers.
By the way, would love to see a review from you, of a Fortin Sigil. Sort of another, one trick pony.

its very similar to the jcm2000 dsl 50. has similar controls, the depth seems a lot like the deep switch on a pot.
That does sound REALLY good! I'm not too much into high gain stuff (own a Soldano HR 50+ though) The thickness reminds me of Soldano. Also, what guitar is that? Sorry for the dumb question, but I really like the guitar! Thanks
I just saw a video where he was talking about it the other day. I could be completely wrong but I think he said it was a custom Mayones. But I truly could be wrong I just vaguely remember that part of the video.
Edit: Yeah it's a Mayones Duvell QUATSI 2.0 with Ceramic Bareknuckle (Nailbomb and Coldshot) pickups. Maybe someone else can elaborate.

Play more chaotic riffs that go over for 4 bars to be completed. And at first your like hey no that doesn’t make sense but then after a while it does! Peace huge fan.

I'd pair this with a bit darker sounding cab, the high end fizz is just a bit overwhelming to me, but I do like the gain characteristic and the tightness. It breaks up really nicely, but the top end does sound a bit shrill to me. Almost the the point where I start to cringe a bit at how much it's screaming at me.

I know your comment is old, but check out the Amped Super Duper by ML Sound. I don’t know how accurate it is to the real thing, but people seem to like it.
