Great demo! :) I don't want to sound like an a-hole though, but it's not a drive pedal, it's a preamp one (still a big difference haha). It's meant to go directly into an fx return of an amp or into an external poweramp instead of the traditional input of an amp, like what most drive pedals are used for. You can put it in front, it will sound maybe good, but not at its full potential because you're stacking two preamp, one after the other so it can be unpleasant, sound wise, really fast haha

Nice demo and killer playing, but I'm not very convinced about that "frequency shift" the volume control does. It seems it doesn't sound good until you turn the volume past 10:00, and in my experience with preamp pedals, that is CRAZY LOUD territory already when used straight into a poweramp. Of course it's no problem going direct like you do in this demo.
The Victory Kraken V4 does not do this. The sound changes somewhat but it's not nearly as dramatic.The KSR Ceres does the opposite: It shifts the frequencies the same way, but when you're past 3:00 (most likely to avoid overloading the preamp since it's not tube-based).
Most mortals won't be able to crank it up to those levels live unless it's tamed afterwards with digital stuff, EQ pedals or attenuators. Which is a shame, since it looked really good and I considered it as a Kraken substitute.
