I've always found it amusing that so many people pay to have others tell them how to "fix" themselves. Knowing you have a problem and what that problem is, should be enough for a person to change themselves, at least, it's what I do.
Tony is correct on people buying the "newest and coolest" things instead of saving and investing. Those that keep up with the Jones are more broke and miserable than those that obtain happiness with what they have.

I've watched foreign people move to America with that same hunger. They are often more successful because they don't play the victim card. They also have strong family units. They expect excellence from their children in education and life. They work harder than an 8 hour day. Our public schools and citizens should teach these same traits.
I was "pulled into Tony's Orbit" 😊 back in 1993/94 ~ OMGoodness 3 decades and He is still committed to helping people find and be their best self.

I bought Tony Robbins unlimited power cassette tapes back in the late 80s and have never looked back since it was the best thing I ever did in my life , it has changed my life drastically , thank you Tony !

Quality and smartness is so important at the top, because humanity needs to develop and improve. I see everywhere in humanity (not in the development of tech and other companies) that human development is declining. At the top of organizations and politics there should be smart people who have their hearts in the right place and do not follow an ideology (left 😉) And for example, I cannot turn metal into gold, but I can turn a rough diamond into a beautiful one. cut diamond 😉 this is how a leader should be.
