$10 x 8 hours = $80 a day. That's 4,000 pesos a day. Here for any call center, we are paid 1.5 of your day. That's roughly 900 pesos a day which is $18 for the whole working hours. Truth hurts.

@@MaliAvenue you can still give us a estimate.. is corporate better or dealer?
@@c.lavish5313 I work for t mobile part time. In NC we get 14/hr+commish. They recently gave us a raise to $20/hr minimum. Meaning, you can make way more with commission but say you had a slow month, tmobile will pay you 20/hr. That being said I work about 30hr a week, months vary but average after all said and done is like $4-6k (wage and commission net) (and yes corporate is better because you get so many benefits)
I got a interview today and they said they'll call me tomorrow afternoon. What does that mean? And how do I know I got the job?
Probably did you get the job
It’s 13.50 in Texas
What city u work
Pennsylvania $15
Me 2
Thanks for the info but how come I got an interview and I asked about benefits and they said no benefits 😩 and commissions are only for new lines and accessories
There’s definitely health and dental amongst pet and childcare at the time of my employment. and there is commission on everything sold. TMobile is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for
I got hired today and I have no idea what to expect I’m nervous maann
Just be yourself. They hired you for a reason, they see something in you. Go girl!
N congrats
Update? Lol
How did it go? I think I got hired just waiting to hear back
any updates bro? How much did you average a month with hourly and commission?
did you have any job before T-Mobile?
Yes in customer service field
so the pay and compensation was good or great? what about the sales goals? i heard they have a lot and they’re challenging...? are they impossible
Sinuhe Uribe pay is higher than minimum wage && the commission is based off what you sell. Work hard=more money
Damn Mali what about the sales goals? are they hard to achieve i heard they have a lot
@@swayyinthemorninn theres different ones everyone time something new around. But the base goals also change & are different based on company needs & store managers every month... with that said is it hard? No. The goals are set because they believe highly of you and believe you'll succeed, and you will. And also size of store matters as well.
Long story short... How much did you take home a year?
colin schabel close to 40k.
$10 x 8 hours = $80 a day. That's 4,000 pesos a day. Here for any call center, we are paid 1.5 of your day. That's roughly 900 pesos a day which is $18 for the whole working hours. Truth hurts.
Different countries have different hourly wages 🤷🏽♀️.. call centers where I am In USA pay is close to equivalent
@@MaliAvenue I guess what I'm trying to say is... nothing beats slavery in my country. $80 per day versus $18 per day. Huge difference. Truth hurts.
Violet Maquiling you can call it slavery, however t-mobile typically pay HIGHER than the average of that country. Keep in mind Cost Of Living is COMPLETELY different where you are and where I am. 🤷🏽♀️
Does corporate stores pay more ?
Mari RP it depends on many factors. I had a friend that was a manager at a TPR that said they got paid more but I don’t what believe wat people say when it comes to pay because they tend to feel the need to be inferior 🤷🏽♀️. But bottom line it depends on location and honestly YOU.
Also the commission breakdown is completely different
If anybody is watching this in the future, charge people for asking you about how to work a phone, charge $5 for each service, don’t do the shit for the free or the customers will take advantage of you, I don’t even put on screens for free, like bruh/mam ask siri or Cortana for free, not ya boy
I strongly recommend staying away from Tmobile for your service. They'll charge for service not requested. The personal guarantee means nothing, so record all conversations! I will be making a video. You will hear straight-up fraud, lies, and just unbelievably discussing behavior.
Will they hire me with no sales experience? I keep getting rejected lmao
Arnold lie bro stamp they lousy on that front
Not sure if you're still looking but I used to work for T-Mobile. Try applying to authorized retailers (TPRs), they're usually easier to get into and you can later leverage that to get into corporate or even another company like AT&T or Verizon.
?
Sis bad. 😍 I'd buy anything you tried to sell me
O
I don’t think this is a good job for an introvert lol
Im an introvert and it will help you get out of your bubble which is always great for improving your social skills.
I also am an introvert and I do not do anything outside of my comfort. I acutely got interviewed as a manager.
@@nataliaveladez was it easy starting off? i have really bad anxiety and a interview today at 3
@@leighac9555 yeah it was easy I didn’t get hired though they completely cut off all communication not sure why lol
@@nataliaveladez hmm weird i hope i get it and it's easy to learn
Ughhhh, one of thee worst jobs ever! & I dont kno who I hated worst, the fellow associates or customers
How much were you making, I just got hired and did background check. Start in 5 days.
@@sochillsimany updates bro? How much did you average a month with hourly and commission?
You look like Tiara peoples the T-Mobile store who’s famous on RUclips for ignoring an ignorant kid irate customer who came into the store at last few minutes of closing trying to get her phone issues solved and told we’re closed
