Yes. Watery stools is a sign of lactose intolerance. I drank milk since young up till during sec school when i notice that i get bloated and my morning stools became watery. Also there is serverity of lactose intolerance. Some people can literally have side effects even by eating cheese, or ice cream. Lucky i still am able to enjoy those. Just that straight up pure milk is a no for me.
I don’t think people with severe lactose intolerance even care hahahaa personally my stomach can’t handle a drop of milk but I drink bubble tea religiously so….

My acne problems became better once i stopped dairy intake
Yes I actually tried reducing my dairy intake but it didn’t really work eh. But thankfully my acne prob has magically disappeared

They’re not specific with which western Minorities, i have a high percentage in my DNA test and barely any southern han.

Might be oily but dehydrated skin which is different from dry. Need to ensure products not too drying thus end up strip off the moisture from skin after washing etc.

Don't quite agree with the Vietnamese typing for the test - it's more likely derived from the same source Chinese population which migrated in significant numbers to Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries (like Singapore)
