If you're able, try slappin up a white shade cloth. Transitioned mine from greenhouse to partial shade (Black)to overcast days, then moved them under a white one. Pricey, but I have so many peppers! XD Need a bigger one as most peppers are bunched together, but they're monsters now! Shisito, Jalepeno M, chiles, and Anaheim going full blast. 30ish shishito off of one plant(first harvest). Anaheim is over 4 ft. White Shade Cloth! Apparently it's way better for flowering...first time growing peppers believe it or not! I've had a couple sudden wilt failures that I'm trying to understand. Each one I moved to full sun for a day. Only change I made. Did it twice like a dummy. Sudden wilt on both...sun shock? They don't seem to be coming back =(

I went from 5-1-1, twice, to 10-10-10, to 10-30-20, to 12-15-30 depending on amount of fruit and flower. Only watered them when they asked. Only about 6-7 times to the time I saw fruiting from March to beginning of July (And then this torrent of continuous rain that lasted up until the past couple days) Now I'm fighting powdery mildew on everything else. I think the combination of Jacks blossom booster and white shade did for me though. Usually it's not that cut and dry but...I think it changed the game for me.

Also could be a sign of calcium deficiency! I used half peat half black cow, pearlite and verm and balanced the ph with garden lime so there's my calcium! You could also give them a light cal-mag foliar spray. Pretty sure I snuck that in before flowering,...but if you've lost your flowers, nothing to lose eh!
