This was so beneficial! One of my struggles has been labelling. I had a logo designed for me and everything but because I put so much effort into the inside design (landscapes, layers, etc) having a label cover that seemed counterproductive. Duh, clear labels 😑 anyhow, thank you for all the tips and tricks you've been sharing, so helpful every time!

I get them from another crafter who imports them in large quantities. They sell to me as a favour and don't want me saying that I purchase from them :(. Otherwise I would!

Thank you for your video! I been trying to get more information on ‘online labels’ and I wasn’t sure if I should purchase them, because I wanted to get waterproof clear labels and I didn’t see them on their website, but with your information I feel like i should give them a try!

What did you wrap your soaps in? I don’t want to use wax paper or card stock to wrap my soaps in. I love the clean clear look on your soap labels!

Hey Jerika, could you possible put the laser printer you use in your list :) I want to buy one but I'm on a bit of a budget, do you have any advice?
I would recommend saving until you can afford a quality printer. You get better results and will save money in the long run because you will want to upgrade anyways at some point. This is the printer I use: amzn.to/2X2QrnX

Great video! I use Online Labels too. The transparent label s are the bomb! You can see the look of the product through the label and that sells product. Your choice of label is the 3rd most important decision after prrroduct and logo (branding). I think you should have talked more about what should go on a label in generral and what to look for in size of a label to make it easy to read. Maybe you could do a video on this subject?

I went to online labels to buy the 2.2 round labels. All the have are 2 inch & 2.25 inch labels. This maybe a stupid question, but are the 2 inch labels, the 2.2 you buy? I’ve started making soap along with other bath products. I’ve gotten so frustrated trying to do the labels. I don’t want to purchase one or the other, and it being the wrong size. I would really appreciate any help you can give me before I place my order. I have a laser printer, but after watching this video I wish I had an inkjet printer. :)

Always such good information! I’m just jumping into the cnf forms. When did you submit yours in relation to your sales? Did you submit them as you listed them on Etsy or after you made a sale. I read on the government website they must be submitted up to ten days after a sale but I’m wondering how early I could submit?? Any input would be appreciated:)

I have been through all your soap videos and can’t see how you make your soap so high. I can make rectangle soap, but would like to learn how to make the added topping on your soaps.

Learning that an inferior product with superior packaging will outperform a superior product with inferior packaging is one of the most valuable lessons to learn when putting your products in front of potential customers.
This is SO true. I see a lot of people caught up in making their products perfect and neglecting the branding and packaging. They’re often left with great product that won’t sell!

You don’t have to... but it’s highly recommended to protect yourself and your business.

Have you considered going plastic free? I don't like the idea of plastic, but it looks so nice and worry about not being able to see the product if it is in a box.
