Just because most people in America are familiar with 14k gold doesn't make 10k gold a bad choice. The most important factor with our chains is that it's solid, well-made and durable. Some chain styles are more durable than others and with hollow the durability is just not up to the standards that most gold enthusiasts are willing to pay for. The economy is in a difficult position and so it's a better time to own a few chains than to be in the market for one. We wouldn't mind if you stocked silver items. We just want good quality products. 🥰🎀
A solid 10 kt gold chain will best a hollow rope any day. I'd never buy another hollow rope chain. Back in the 80s, my then-girlfriend bought me a 14Kt gold hollow rope chain. A few weeks later I soaked it with jelwery cleaner to clean it. The gold on the chain all came off rite into the pan of the cleaner. Luckily, they took everything back to the store and gave my money back toward a solid rope chain. I still have that chain today. I love it but I can't no longer wear it cause I gained a lot of weight. I want to trade it on a longer chain. Awesome video many thumbs up.
Yes, there is nothing wrong with Hollow or Semi Hollow if you are going to wear it occasionally and for a short period. However, if your going to wear your chain or jewelry 24/7, like a lot of us. then it Must be solid. Don't trust adds. Find out the gram weight and use that to know if it's solid. If someone is selling a chain that should come in around 25 grams and it's only 10 grams then you know it's Hollow. If they don't tell you the gram weight then just don't buy it. The Grams don't lie. Jacoje always states gram weight and purity and then you know what you are getting.
I would definitely sit with a solid at a lower purity than a hollow. Unless the hollow is at a larger millimeter like 8mm and above for the higher purity just to semi ensure some type of durability.
You can only be ruined if the consumer trusts your lies. This is the opposite to why Jacoje has been so successful is because we trust you Braden. This is why it’s important that people get knowledgeable on what they buy before they buy it. You can pump out anything you want, but if no one‘s gonna buy it will never sell, but unfortunately people do. If people wanna spend money on poor quality valued jewelry then that’s their fault.
gold has thankfully gone back down to 2600/oz
I’ll take 10k solid gold over plated, vermeil or hollow any day of the week!
Solid no matter what karat

Great content as always!
Sell only solid...it's what differentiates you. If necessary start offering silver or platinum options for lower barriers to entry.
platinum is still up there
