That has to be the most boring kitchen I’ve seen-ever. In a house that price I’d have expected something better. This house seems to be all about acres of wasted floor space and unimaginative layouts. The astronomical price is obviously because of the “exclusivity” of being on a gated community.
This one has all the bells and whistles. Spacious rooms including 3.5 baths and an enormous kitchen/diner. I noted that there's apparently space for a full-size fridge in the utility room. Perhaps, if a buyer acts promptly, they could select the floor coverings. The gardens also await a buyer's taste in landscaping.
