The location across the busy road to the shopping center would be an advantage for someone who preferred to use their car as little as possible, and all the shrubbery helps to provide some privacy. The double glazing mutes the traffic sounds. More shrubs could be added along the fence as a shield from the commercial property next door. I suspect that the house originally had a garage, which is now the spacious entrance hall and game room.
No expense was spared in upgrading this place! The lounge and kitchen are both large, and the utility room is a bonus. The baths upstairs, like the kitchen, are equipped with luxury fixtures. Selling the lot behind should not affect the privacy of the garden.
