The house is on a busy road, but double glazing minimizes any sounds. Being within walking distance of the town center is a plus. The ground floor rooms are laid out in a traditional manner, and the kitchen/diner is large and very well equipped. Upstairs, the bathroom arrangement is unconventional but functional. The gardens are low maintenance and very neat, edged by shrubbery. The ground floor has generous rooms laid out for good flow. So much storage! The garden building has a variety of potential uses. This is not a typical bare-bones rental. It's a higher-end home with the features you look for - and some you haven't thought of!

The house is sited amid well-tended gardens, and because it backs up to a school playing field, it will never be overlooked. The open plan ground floor is good for entertaining, and the bonus garden bar could also be an artist's studio or a hobby workshop. I would hope that a buyer might be allowed to purchase that huge kitchen range!

Lovely house I was wondering where the en-suite. Having another bedroom and living room added on to the side will be nice and will add more value to the house. Kitchen dinner is a little small to have a nice dinning table in the kitchen maybe I am to fussy.

I love this but I noticed on your website on the streetview that right to the rear of this is a piece of land for sale for 3 bedroom property, I wonder if that would overlook this bungalow because at the moment it looks lovely and private. Every time I see one that I absolutely love, I can't afford it so I either need to up my budget or find a cheaper area!

Lovely house - although personally I would replace the plastic grass with real grass! Apart from that I would move in tomorrow (if I could afford it! 😢)

The pavers are neater than shingle for a low-maintenance front garden. The ground floor rooms are large, and the kitchen has been updated with high-end fittings and finishes. All those integrated appliances are included in the price!

The rooms are larger than average, and four bedrooms plus an office and utility room might be hard to find, especially at this price.

I love bungalow's i actually live in one! But the design of them sucks, they all kinda look the same a oblong shape with a few add-ons. New build bungalow's are getting a rare commodity and i wish architecture in this country would improve the design of them. I checked out new one storey designer homes in Australia, brilliantly design and quality and with a few tweeks for the British climate we could have the same great architecture.

Lots of curb (UK kerb) appeal. Neat, modern and amazingly landscaped! Included in the price are thousands of dollars worth of shrubs and plants as well as the integrated appliances in the kitchen. Then there are the triple-glazed windows, the solar panels and the oversized double garage, which you would also pay extra for in most houses. The rear garden is impressive. For the price, you get quite a lot!

It needs a lot of work

Alot of room is lost in the upstairs by the slanted roof. I think it's odd that you are met at the entrance by the washer and dryer. Driveway needs to be cleaned. The downstairs is great and has a great vibe. I love the wood doors and wood in the house. Close to town is also a plus.
