The house has curb appeal. I mention this because many UK homes ignore the front garden and concentrate on their private one behind the house. I like the spacious entrance hall. The rooms have good flow, with the potential to create a doorway between the kitchen and the dining room. Few homes have four good-sized double bedrooms, and rarely do you find both a shower and tub in both bathrooms. The large back and side gardens are beautifully landscaped. There's no updating necessary here - this well-maintained home is move-in ready.
