As we took this tour I was considering the possibilities for combining the kitchen with the second reception room to make a large kitchen/diner, and for adding a w/c in the utility room. When modernizing, you might as well go all the way! The place has potential.

But some, like this one, have the potential to have more appeal with a bit of remodeling, so I like to suggest to a prospective buyer that with a little investment the property could increase significantly in value.

Needs completely gutting and reconfiguring. You could easily spend as much doing that as the purchase price and it wouldnt result in a house that would achieve a £360,000 valuation.

It's worth about £130,000 max.
